Will start this diet tomorrow. Tapos na ang loading phase. Di umepekto sakin yung pellets, lagi pa din ako gutom. This time balik ako sa drops. My very first time trying this diet, I lost 15 lbs in 18 days and then got pregnant after. Was 117lbs that time, now 2yrs after I'm 120, so will try to lose another 15 or 20 lbs
