@hot pepper, I don't usually use toners with lots of alcohol with tretinoin. St. Ives seems ok to be used with tret.
In case of irriration like redness and flaking, are there products that can be used or ordinary moisturizer lang talaga?About the concentration of tretinoin, one has to go up talaga from 0.025 to 0.1? Or one can stay at a certain concentration lang?
dermas always try to sell something na most of the time hindi naman kailangan.^ mas maganda siguro sis kung nauna mong itry yung tret then kung okay naman yun kahit wag na yung sa derma para at least otc product lang siya. pero if you feel more confident sa derma mo then go lang.
sis pret_ty68, if you really want to try tret you have stop using your derma meds for 28 days or 1 month (?) to make sure you'll work on new skin cells. Then do the usual trial on a small portion of your skin, observe for 2 days for any sign of irritation before full use of the product. Hopefully mahiyang ka dito. Yun nga lang is it okay that your meds will be left for over a month in the fridge? Also, your derma won't like to hear about this
