Yung designer ko quoted me 70k for an all french lace gown with around 2meter train with accessories na din. He and his team will be there na din sa event to assist. Do you think sakto lang yun or expensive?

Kwento ko lang what happened to my bestfriend ulit. She got Veluz at ang ganda ng gown niya. Super maasikaso staff nila. The price is well mahal pero sabi niya sulit. The details are impeccable. Isa yun sa pinakamagandang gown na nakita ko pero hands down mel orlina pa rin ang bet ko. hehe anyways, for entourage garrey garduque siya. lahat ng gusto niya hindi nasunod considering she paid in full. mali mali colors ng gown so pinabago pa. i think 2 weeks before the wedding or 1 week wala pang gowns yung iba kahit ako na MOH waley kasi mali kulay. Then nagsketch si garrey ng magkaibang gowns for mothers priced 7500 each. sabi pa niya lalagyan ng lace appliques para magkaiba come wedding day (yes yung sa mother ni bff ko that day na nakuha) kambal tuko ang mothers. hindi natahi ang mga edges or dulo. nakakaloka. yung ibang gowns hindi maayos ang fit like yung akin nakakaloka ang tabas hindi pantay ang dulo as in halatang may mas maikling part. yung sa anak ng bestfriend ko hindi din nasunod ang design. ang siste pa need namin pumunta ng ilang beses to fit at even a night before may isang bridesmaid pa na kakakuha palang ng gowns at the day mismo yung sa mother ni bestfriend. naintindihan ko naman na namatayan siya ng mother that week pero dapat ayos na yung gowns sana diba a week before at konting adjustments na lang hindi na yung gagawin palang. ang nakakalungkot kasi nadamay yung kasal ni bestfriend ko.

sis jentotmd, some may say na sakto lang to, if the reference is veluz and other high end designers.
but for me sis, pwede pa bumaba ng konti sa 70k ang french lace gown with 2-meter train.  try inquiring with manny mondelo.  magaling siya and isa sa gumagawa sa couture niya is rajo laurel, but the price is very reasonable. siya ang designer ng sis ko when she got married last year sa st james ayala alabang.. magaling siya ang value for money

grabe ang mahal ng entourage gowns.around 5k each for bridesmaids,MOH then 7k for mothers and then 4k for flower girls. ganyan na ba talaga presyuhan ngayon? nakakaloka sa budget. peg ko for bridesmaids,MOH,FG is lace yung upper part then long flowy skirt.

hmmm sa tingin ko sis keri lang lalo na kung reputable naman si designer mo. may gown last year full lace cost us 50k. pero ngayon kasi sabi nung mga friend ko nasa 70-80k na daw yung mga nagpagawa ng full lace na gown. but yes makakahanap ka pa rin ng mas mura kung mga bagong designer pa lang.

Hi sis jentotmd. Sis hallerski is right.. manny mondelo is my designer. I  can say na magaling din talaga.. pero medyo bihira syang mag upload ng photos hehe.. and yung value for money talaga hindi panghihinayangan. Maayos din kausap at ina update ako lagi.

charmed30, I think depende lang talaga sa designer. Marami din akong nababasa here na mas mura but my entourage dresses are a similar price to yours (long flowy dresses -- 6.5k per bridesmaid and 7.8k for the moms).

^sis sevenstars. Yung isang nagquote sa kin, 5k for MOH and bridesmaids,7k for moms then 4k for FG. I computed almost kapresyo na ng gown ko kaloka.

Pag sa online communities I noticed aware naman mga brides sa horror stories ng divi pero irisk pa din nila kasi sayang savings. Ginagawa na lang iba agahan yung timeline tapos bantay sarado yung supplier o kaya RTW na lang.

Sad to hear this kasi kilala na tapos mahal pa.

I totally agree with purple_tips. Makakatipid ka sa gown pero pag sumablay yan buong kasal mo affected. Ang mahal ng gown na yan for Divi ha, RTW sa Ivory and White 40k magandang maganda na.

Yung style din na magsabi ka ng maagang date para may allowance, hinde rin magwo-work eh. Pano kung maaga nga natapos pero mali-mali naman? Ibabalik mo rin, tapos pagbalik mali pa rin. Andami kong nabasang ganyan, so ang ending kahit nasa harap mo na yung gown hinde mo pa rin masuot suot dahil ang layo ng itsura nya sa gusto mo. Worst hinde fit sa body mo.

Yung iba nilang display dun binibili lang din nila sa ibang designer, kaya sablay pa rin kase hinde nila magaya. Buti na lang talaga pinigilan ako ni fiance dun pagawa.

Any reco within 20-40k bridal gown?. The likes of Claiza Bihasa, Kristel Yulo, Joe San Antonio sana I've seen Claiza's work and the beading and craftmanship is great. But medyo I read some Nega post by few of our sisses here. Divi is sort of out of my mind kahit cheap budget Lang ako
