I do have to limit my answer to your question as very pro-level na yun tanong.  Having determined that there are conflicts with regards to your auspicious sectors as to what is the layout of your place you only have 2 options.  Either correct or remedy the situation.  Correct would mean changing things which in turn is a very costly option.  Remedy would be more practical and is what we often discuss here in this thread.  Remedies can come in different forms.  Sabi ko nga feng shui is art and science so you need to tap on your knowledge PLUS creativity to achieve that.

Back read a bit.  Anong madalas ipayo ko kung something is not good that is connected sa CR?  Apply that.  Same sa main door.  Here what we've discussed since Thread 1 ay to mitigate the malas by filtering it as best as we could. 

As with my usual approach dapat in combinations.  In the malas areas limit then anything that generates negativity.  Meaning prayers must be recited sa meals, etc.  This way you improve the situation WITHOUT coughing up major dinero. 

The only time major changes are needed to be done on a place ay kapag seriously bad ang mga nangyayari na.  This can be identified by events that are so totally hard to explain plus matindi ang magnitude and more often hindi lang isa ang nag-suffer of it.

i wasn't able to celebrate the Diwali.. since i had to go sa wake ng uncle ko after work..it was in sanctuarium daming chinese wakes din dun.. i noticed some doors have red and white papers on top and some white lang or red ata yun.. then the usual house with car and plane and incense offerings..

pati cremation me certain rituals.. like we had to shoo all the people in the chapel to go out before the casket is transferred sa upper floor for the cremation.. then dun sa cremations friends, relatives then family members offered flowers since the body was then transferred sa parang stretcher...

while waiting tsaka kami pinababa sa chapel ulit for little salo salo.. we left and didn't wait to finish since we had to go somewhere pa after...

Sobrang strange kanina.  Sa gitna ng home office namin biglang nagkaroon ng poop sa gitna ng 2 tables.  Uumpisahan ko pa lang magtutor sa kids ko when we found out. E youngest namin is 6 na and sure kami na hindi siya yun. Pero we don't have any idea saan galing yun. White yung floor tapos wala namang kalat na baka me naapakan galing sa labas.  So strange lang. Bigla tuloy ako nagkafeeling na sana na mopan ng salt water kanina. Tom na lang siguro i mop with salt water.

Did you check on the possibility that robbers may have visited your home office?  If it isn't animal poop and very unlikely it was any of the occupants that did it then you need to consider first if it was done by someone else.  He he.  I didn't take the City Hunter tag for no reason.

Some bad people tend to leave such, poop, as a mark of their success and how low they think of their victims.  Others would pee naman or simply mess the place up.  Kahit pa humans tayo some tend to revert back to those with wild animal behavior.

Ideally you should've cleansed the place ASAP kasi parang wound iyan.  The longer you postpone the action the more the bad chi festers the place.  That is one reason why I tend to evaluate and answer in depth such questions here.

However, if that points to not even be the deed done by bad people ay observe then mga plants and wards you've placed.  Usually unseen bad things will trip those no matter how good they are.  Bad nga lang if you failed to put up your defenses.  Its one of those reasons as to why I push folks to be plant lovers here.

Sa akin lang naman ay kapag ganitong may important occasion I tend to put everything else aside.  Its why even when I'm with a client pero there is a valid SOS that I can make a difference on ay I excuse myself - but I make it up for the client naman.

Those red and white papers are actually to protect the visitors and balance the chi.  Sa Filipino alam naman natin its frowned on ang mag-red when going to wakes.

Lahat talaga may rituals.  Its to time the action right as well as set the chi right for the action.  In short, its like cooking.  Kapag kulang sa ingredients at mali ang pagkaluto hindi ba ang pangit ng labas.

The same reason as to why we should not leave the church until the mass has properly ended.  I do hope that at least in the next few days you get to say solemn prayers for the deceased to give it peace.

Impossible na may nakapasok na iba sa bahay.  Lumabas lang kami ng home office for around 30 minutes during lunchtime.  Kita naman from the dining table yun door to the office e wala talagang pumasok.  May plants sa labas.  Ok naman sila.  Meron lang mga bamboos sa side na hirap i maintain.  Ang bilis mag grow and rumami na sila.

IF its something connected sa supernatural there will be some odd feeling when you're close to it.  Preternatural ang tamang tawag when dealing with beings na of the fallen ones or even those na workers of God.  It simply means they can transform something into another - basic theory rin on malas and swerte.  Commonly ay the unexplainable item would also mysteriously disappear after a period.  Dahil to retain its form ay it will require some kind of energy. 

FYI. Mga high level dark arts practitioners tend to profit by making valuable disappear sa mga owners and pop up sa kanila.  That is a simple transfer lang.  Energy is syempre expended but dahil the original state is ganun rin in the end ay hindi as heavy ang power requirement as compared to transforming something into another.

Cleanse the place na lang ASAP.

Hi Sir Ch, tatanong ko na nga sana yan may naramdaman ako na ganyan na weird  though di naman sound binalewala ko since ganun naman nararamdaman ko pag moon phases, yung parang lagi lumalaki ulo ko, low energy at hirap focus feeling ko may something, kaya tutok ako meditate,  medyo exercise and salt bath. Di maiwasan kasi yung red meat heheh. But Im trying. And lagi ko nag aask ng guidance and protection from St. Michael. Iba energy mag undas na rin kasi, may umikot  na naman nga sa kin butterfly yellow pagbukas ko ng bintana nung isang araw sabi ko na lang hi tapos di ko na nakita.

Is it because of the thin veil between living and the spirit world po ba kaya ganito ang weird feeling natin?

First time I heard of that saint.  I usually just subscribe to Padre Pio o Francis Xavier.  At times to the now saint John Paul II.  However, true iyon na even angels magtampo if you forget to say thanks.  Ito yun dapat na matutunan natin.  Na we don't just remember Him and His workers kapag in need but also when thanking for our blessings.

Yup.  Remember malapit na naman ang Halloween and that is celebrated for a reason.  We also visit our dead rin - well, some of us - in the next few days.  Ako after na lang.

The main reason why I asked if anyone here is experiencing weird things ay dahil hindi ba we just celebrating Diwali recently.  From what I can recall some suffered serious setbacks last year around this period mostly yun mga hindi nakagawa ng Diwali. 

I want to get to study ano yun bigat ng malas around this time as compared to Holy Week wherein usually that's when I get a lot of tough weird cases.

The area with mystery pooped was immediately cleaned with soap and bleach. It was only yesterday when it was cleaned with salt water.

At 3am this am, my brother (not living with us) called me sa cellphone informing me that our front gate is open. Pag tingin ko fm the window, talagang bukas na bukas nga! First time nangyari to. Buti wala namang pumasok na robbers sa bahay. Tinawagan pala siya ng friend na taga barangay na nakitang open ang gate namin. I'm not sure if this is related sa mystery poop. And after cleaning with salt water, kahit paano na mitigate whatever will have happened.

This morning pina mop ko whole area including the way from the front gate to the door ng salt water. Doon sa area ng mystery poop nag iincense ang mother in law ko everyday which i read na a form of cleansing din.  Pag open ng front gate, we have some plants na ok naman.

Hope this cleansing, having plants combined with prayers are enough to protect us.

That is definitely weird and alarming!  If it was a robber then erratic naman yun pattern.  It was quite careful on how it placed the poop but not in leaving the gate left open.  Something does not add up right here.

Check mo nga yun doorknobs ninyo as well as windows for unusual scratches lalo na around the keyhole and doon sa surface ng door close to where the lock is.  Magtabi ka na ng mga empty cans with rocks or holen inside to be placed next to a door or window to be sure to alert you. 

First Quarter period muli tayo ng moon phase but let's make sure na mag-ingat pa rin.  I don't sense anything supernatural here but I can sense something was indeed entering your place.  Hindi ko lang masabi what its intentions are at the moment.

Correction.  I can sense something but can't say exactly what it is.  It does look like a normal person but all I can see is the shadow or something like that. 

My advise ay baguhin mo yun pagkakaayos ng place mo.  That works both in feng shui and confusing bad people who are memorizing the layout of your place.

I forgot to mention na the only new factor that I thought of is our new househelp na dumating last Thursday.  Don't know if it's just the weather pero my daughter and I had colds starting Thursday.  Medyo mabigat katawan pero kinakayang gumalaw lalo na exam week ng kids na ako ang nagtuturo. 

The mystery poop happened this Monday lunchtime.  Tuesday am - cleaned the area with salt water.  Tuesday night - front door is opened actually gate na pasukan ng tao.  Yun bahay mismo namin nakalock ang doors.  We have a big dog guarding our house na nakabantay sa gate all night.  The room of our househelp is outside the main house.  Today (Wed) - way leading to the gate and area ng mystery poop kasama ang lahat ng nasa ground floor - mop with salt water.  Our househelp did the mopping today.  Tapos biglang nagreason na uuwi na daw yun househelp just this am.  Don't know if I am wrong pero parang ok naman sya ang I told her to try kung kaya pa niyang mag stay.  Ngayon napapaisip tuloy ako...

I have been backreading the posts for 2 days now & suddenly, I really felt ill. Now I'm down with cough and fever. I am just diligently researching what seems to be wrong 'coz for the past months my family have been experiencing really bad times. Just to give u a background: my dad died october 2013, then my mom followed him by december 2013. Our finances took a setback that we are still experiencing until now. I just wound want to know what could have cause all of these & what i can do to stop these things from happening.  Hope u could really enlighten me... Thanks in advance.

Ngayon lang ako nag login ulit and sumilip sa thread na ito and I missed the Diwala

Sir CH, question lang po... I know I shared in previous threads that we are currently waiting for our house to be finished na and upon inspecting the house I notice meron hindi aligned sa feng shui which my mom also told me. Yung house kasi namin meron CR sa 2nd floor (based on the design of the subd. developer) and yung sa 1st floor tapat sa CR ng 2nd floor yung kitchen sink naman. My mom told me na its bad na tapatan yun since food prep yung nasa baba then CR sa taas. Aside from that I find it unhygienic din (what if in the long run eh mag leak yung tubo ng CR). Plan namin is wag na gamitin yung CR sa taas, remove the bowl and turn it into powder room or stock room. Another pa na iniisip ko is plan din namin lagyan ng divider yung rooms sa taas. Kaya lang I noticed na magiging tapatan yung room ng baby ko at masters bedroom, if I moved it farther naman tapat naman ng masters bedroom namin eh yung pinto ng CR. Limited lang po kasi yung space ng 2nd floor namin. May remedy po ba in case hindi talaga maiiwasan na tapatan yung doors? Then lastly, pag afternoon sun medyo hagip naman yung masters bedroom namin. Ano po kaya yung pwedeng gawin dito? Plan kasi namin ni hubby na before moving in to our new place eh ma-cleanse muna namin sya.

Always remember to factor first what was newly introduced or changed at your place.  Feng shui deals with changes thus dapat yun mga nabago sa place at sarili natin ang first thing one must take note of as to why things became so may it be for the better or not.

Your househelp may have energies that are hard to sync to.  Colds and such are basically the end result once your chi has been made off balance. 

I do not mean na fire your househelp.  The key here is to figure out what's wrong with her.  He he, now you know how hard my job really is lalo na when I troubleshoot places na in the red na.

As the events have happened na then we need to go to first-aid mode.  Cleansing is in order for everyone and not just your househelp!

However, as the househelp is giving that excuse of her wanting to go home ay does she have an explanation why and ano observations mo while she was telling you that.  Do note na hindi rin na rare wherein househelp are agents ng mga baddies.  Its not enough you have a big dog.  Yun German Sheperd namin back then yun pa ang ninakaw!  Sa uncle namin yun rottweiler nila nilason that's why my uncle sleeps with a .45 downstairs instead of upstairs with our aunt nowadays.

As your place is of a subdivision ay most likely ay fixed design na iyan wherein very little changes can be made.  That's one thing I hate with those places considering its you who owns it anyway.  Hindi lang ito maimbestigahan by higher authority dahil sila mismo ang nakikinabang sa mga ganitong limitations imposed.

Mas maganda na hindi na nga gawin na CR yun sa itaas but pag-usapan muna ninyo mabuti ito.  Some tend to complain kasi kapag walang malapit na CR.

If you've back read much ay you would have noted that I prescribe the use of warm/yellow/incandescent lighting para sa interior except sa kitchen area.  That alone should help mitigate things.  If you feel that is not enough then simply make your own zigzag pattern sa plain doormat.  Cactus sa CR and plants outside your kitchen area should help balance the energies.

Sa afternoon sun naman sa bedroom now you know why I insist on curtains and plants.  The latter mas potent in truth in balancing chi.

Definitely dapat lang mag-cleanse ng place before moving in!  That would be like washing then waxing your car before you use it - as well as cleaning the interior.  Kapag lumipat ka sa bahay na uncleansed ay parang nagsuot ka lang ng maruming damit muli.

He he.  Mukhang the backreading gave you loads of headache kasi we discussed various things here pati of the supernatural sort.  Ground yourself sa plant for starters as it should help.  Once you are a bit better do a self massage kahit using a non-scented baby oil lang.

Hmm.  Some may opine na depression or such may have lead to the death rin ng mom mo so soon after your father died.  It can be interpreted as the energy link between the two.  Bad luck also comes in 3s often. If more than 3 ay karma na iyon.  Divine intervention is needed na for that.

What you need to reflect on ay what changes happened before your father died as well as before your mom died.  It might be kasi yun financial hardship can be connected sa residual energy from the departure of your parents.

Sa ngayon do salt scrub/mop sa place mo muna so you can at least have some breathing room.  Salt bath rin regularly.  Remember to ground yourself sa may plants or at least under the sun after doing so.  Drink room temp water rin after you ground yourself.  Okay lang rin if you want to drink some room temp water while grounding.

Update me with your findings lalo na sa salt bath.

ask ko lang which is more important. the directions sa compass or yun position ng furnitures.

yun room ko sabi dapat daw yun headboard facing north side. but un north side ng room ko is malaking windows then labas ng windows is kalsada as in daanan ng sasakyan, then tapat nung window is cabinets. i might suffice the suggestion na need sa north ang ulo ko pero since nakatapat naman ako sa window worst kalsada pa and my feet is pointing the cabinet. baka anytime pwede ako kunin palabas ng bintana or ikahon sa cabinet.

now my headboard is facing the east side then my feet is on the west and yun east side is pure wall na solid. hinde ko din kaya ulo ko tapat ng bintana kasi baka sumakit ulo ko dahil sa hangin from outside.

Thanks so much for the reply, City Hunter. I'll do the best I can to follow your recommendations. I remember having my father moved to a different room downstairs since he's already bedridden, then the ventilation in out CR downstairs were covered up as well as the exhaust fan was taken out then, covered as well. Also we had a CR constructed aligned with the new bedroom we constructed for my father. Is that also bad? do u suggest having cacti also in the CR and kitchen that we had ventilations removed? sorry if i had so much questions. I'm just really worried about all of these negative things that keeps happening & seems to never stop...thanks again!!!

Question!  To whom are you exactly going to do those offerings?  By simply having those with you once you enter the place is NOT enough to say that it is an offering to God.  That would be interpreted instead as offering those to the fallen ones.  It would mean you tolerate the likes of kotong cops.

Those items are NOT offerings. Some believe it is to help gain them luck.  Pero in truth its to cleanse the place.  Pero how can something like that cleanse a place?  That would be like binigyan ka ng kotse pero hindi isinama yun susi.  Useless lang hindi ba.

What you (and others) need to remember ay luck comes from 3 things.  God, Man and Nature.  Saan then yun 3 sa mga nasabi mo?  Siguro Nature is there and maybe Man dahil tao kayo but nasaan si God?

Back read a bit as to what I often tell na dapat gawin.  I never prescribe na mauna dalhin any of what you mentioned.  And may dapat ka rin gawin once you bring what I tell na dapat dalhin.

Do sked as soon as you could for a priest worth his salt to bless your place.  Best if you can sked it early in the day and matapos before lunch.

A bed that is aligned directly to a CR is indeed bad.  But as you've read in my past posts may remedies naman for that.  Sa CR ninyo that is no longer a CR ay hindi naman ideal maglagay pa ng cactus doon dahil mamatay lang. 

Ang tanong ko sa iyo ay have you done the salt mop/scrub na ba sa place mo and identified where your septic tank plus remedied it already?

Tricky question!

Direction is not enough dahil dapat nasa tamang pwesto rin.  Facing an auspicious direction is only enough to mitigate or enhance things but not enough to tame completely the energies. 

Furniture positioning is a way of trying to harness the chi o energy.  It would be like instead of swimming sa rapids ay sa slow flowing stream lang.  Or you can equate it too na a properly managed EDSA versus yun how he MMDA manages EDSA at present. 

Ang problem natin nowadays ay yun mga places we get ay pre-built na without consideration for the occupants.  Mapapansin mo ito sa mga so-called subdivisions wherein sobrang constrained ka sa pwede mo gawin sa pag-aari mo.  Halatang one-sided yun deal hindi ba.

Headboard is at the north where you have windows too.  Okay lang iyon.  That's why I often prescribe people use curtains.  And if you feel that is lacking then opt for plants next to your bed or outside that window of yours. 

Cabinets.  Now, iyan yun mas possible headache.  No one has asked this question yet but furniture placement lalo na material and even more kung binubuksan can affect things. This is why you see in old homes na bare lang ang bedroom.  And we have the baul at the foot of the bed and not cabinets!

Kung nanonood kayo ng mga Koreanovelas and such pansinin ninyo closely yun mga cabinets nila sa bedroom lalo na doon sa matatanda.  Ibibitin ko muna ito syempre for future discussions.  At para rin hindi ma-take advantage of by pirates.

A cabinet that has anything reflective on it is bawal.  Yun I shared that long ago here.  No matter saan ito ilagay sa room mo if it has that kahit glass surface lang pero reflective ay dapat gawaan mo ng paraan.

Hmm.  It seems you don't use curtains.  True na kapag tapat sa ulo mo yun window it may cause you bad sleep but its worse if its your feet dahil that is like how the dead are kapag ilagay sa morgue o sa final resting place - not unless cremation. 

Again, wala tayong magagawa if the place limits your options so remedies lang ang pwede na.  Huwag ka mag-alala dahil hindi ka nag-iisa on this.  Not unless you've had the place built from the ground up to your specs ay its not going to be easy.  Sa real feng shui you've had to have everything customized which is why hindi lang yun PF is high but equally yun cost to meet the requirements of the advise is also high.

And besides yun auspicious and inauspicious directions and locations are pro level na so we won't be discussing that here save in very general terms.  Focus mo muna on what things you can change to enhance your room.
