Hi sir ch! I'm a lurker in this thread and it's my first time to post here. Last oct.01, bf and I rented a house para tutuluyan namin after our wedding which is on nov.11 and dun na kami titira kasi gusto namin nakabukod kami. Anyway, can you please see the attached pic and tell me what can you say about the house. it's a five door apartment. Sa tapat may puno ng mangga. And meron ding babuyan nearby, negosyo ng mayari ng paupahan. Thanks po in advance.

The place from the photo does look quite ordinary but there is already that weird feel from it.  Mostly from the area. 

I do hope sanay kayo living in an area close to where there is babuyan dahil hindi biro iyan.  In a place na ang environment mo is NOT ideal for residential use dahil may commercial aspect that intrudes ay it can affect the balance. 

You are strongly advised to start taking notes of all the remedies shared to and apply mo ito sa place na iyan.  I strongly recommend rin do NOT take out a long term lease for the place.  As much as possible mahaba na yun one year at lumipat kayo elsewhere.

And you do need to backread a lot kasi it is not healthy for newly weds to start off on a place that does not lend support to a union.  I would have it you keep your wedding simple and use what resources saved to start your new life on good footing.

Thanks sir CH! Nagbaback read nga ako to get some tips. Anyway, before we get that apartment, nagtingin tingin din po kami ng ibang house. There's this one apartment na pagpasok pa lang ng main door, ang weird ng feeling, yung feeling na parang may pinatay dun. Kaya even though mura ang rent, hindi namin kinuha.

Yang apartment naman po na kinuha namin, nagustuhan namin sya because:
*peaceful ang environment. Parang nasa probinsya ka. Imagine plants, sariwang hangin, tahimik. Hehe. And hindi binabaha. Mahirap na kasi humanap ng apartment dito sa Cavite na hindi binabaha. Hehe.
*magaan ang feeling sa loob ng bahay unlike dun sa previous namin na pinuntahan
*tinatamaan/pumapasok ang sikat ng araw sa loob ng kabahayan which is sa pagkakaalam ko is good(?)
*we stayed din sa place ng mga ilang oras and hindi naman po nangangamoy yung babuyan. Very clean ang place. And mabait kausap [textspeak!] mga may-ari. Para kaming may pangalawang magulang.

We're planning to place potted plants dun sa may terrace and I will also put warm light dun sa may terrace and red pouch na din. Also, before kami magstart maglipat ng gamit, lilinisin namin the whole house with water and salt solution.

By the way sir ch, our apartment is pang 2nd door out of 5 consecutive doors. Wala naman po bang bearing yun?

It looks like confirmed na knowledgeable of such arts or at least of a lineage that does tap on it.  Ang question here is does that girl realize it and if so is she using it for self-serving purposes.  She can always get out and have a normal life if she chooses yun lang its not going to be an easy journey.

I do have to ask bakit ganun yun handle mo when you will soon be wed?  Or is it just the difference between male and female minds?

Anyhow, noted yun mga observations mo.  Maraming factors that need to be considered that can only be answered by a professional audit - which I will not be promoting here as masyadong self-serving. 

The thing to keep in mind is if you plan to stay on that place for quite a while ay do cleanse it as thoroughly as you could and be regular in doing cleansing too.  As well as yourselves.  That means regular ang confession, ang pag-iwas sa red meat, etc. 

I do hope I was wrong with what I felt on the photo. Yun sa wind on the pig smell that is not consistent per experience.  But, that would be the least of your worries naman. 

Ang ma-add ko lang at this point just keep your options open pa rin.  To save up for your future and just in case I was right.  It may or may not be the place as it may be the person on the photo or simply someone in the area that was radiating that odd feel.

Question!  Do you have tips where to place urn inside our home?

If you ask this to 10 feng shui experts you will most likely get 10 different answers.  However, here's my answer to this.

The urn which contains the remains of a family member is of a major yin nature.  Ideally it is NOT to be placed INSIDE one's home. 

What can be allowed (in feng shui) is that it be placed OUTSIDE and AWAY from where folks usually are NOT in the area.  They must NOT be located where people work, sleep, play, cook, etc.

The balance of yin and yang energies is very important.  Upsetting this balance is what causes grief to many.

Do note that the reason why there must be a strict balance of energies is because anything that creates too much yin in a yang place will affect not just the present but also those of future generations.

Now, if for some reason this cannot be done certain conditions must be generally met.  These are not up for any compromises.

An area in the EAST part of the place must be set aside for it in the highest part INSIDE the place BUT NOT a storage area like the attic.  It also must NOT be inside one's BEDROOM or OFFICE.  Obviously it must not be placed inside a comfort room!

The place where it will be must not have anything in it related to any living family member.  Diplomas, photos, portraits, awards, business licenses, etc. must all be removed from that location.  Total cleansing must also be done - wherein strong prayers are recited while doing so.  The urn must be sealed in a real wood box that is assembled using iron nails.  If nails are not to be used just make sure the box is solid and won't come apart easily.  A lid for the box is obviously a must.  This box may either be placed on a solid (and real) wood shelf or a solid (and real) wood table set aside just for it.  A photo or portrait of the deceased with no reflective surfaces may be placed before the sealed box.  It is also allowed to tie a black ribbon on the photo or portrait of the deceased.

A candle lit by a match - not by a lighter! - is a must when reciting prayers for the deceased.  Obviously blow out the candle after!

It is also critical to note that nothing of the yang nature be ongoing when such prayers for the dead is being done.  That means turn off the radio, TV, computer, stop gossiping, etc.  Ideally such distractions must be removed from the area.

Placement of the boxed urn must be done during the early part of the day just as the sun rises. 

Artificial lighting for the area must be of the warm variety.  It cannot be anything of the white, cool or florescent lighting kind. 

It is also important to take note of how things fare since the urn is placed.  If things turn for the worse then changes must be applied including the option of relocating the urn elsewhere and outside of the house.

FYI.  Please note that these is but a general guide.  Ideally a thorough and professional consultation is required for a more detailed guide. 

 As the EAST is not an auspicious sector for this year the urn must be brought inside from one of the auspicious sectors and people participating to exit through an auspicious direction too - ideally a different one.

The inauspicious sectors for this lunar year are the East, Southeast, Northeast and Northwest.

Napansin ko lang na sumasakit ang ulo ko everytime natutulog / tumatambay ako sa master's bedroom ng parents ko (wala na akong mom and my dad has relocated). Wala na kasing natutulog dun, so I try to sleep there at least once a week, pero I stopped nung parang may tumulak sa kama. Tumatambay na lang ako to watch TV once in a while, pero pansin sumasakit pa rin ulo ko lalo na sa gabi. Any remedies? Thanks in advance.

For you to feel like that in that room it simply means the chi there is terribly bad.  The least is the energy present there needs total cleansing.  Yun ang dapat mong gawin - cleanse the place.

Gayuma o love spell.  Maraming variations ito and one of which may be what was observed - incantation done where food will be placed to be eaten by the victim.  The solution is actually very simple - strong prayers.  The real question here is ay open ba yun uncle mo to options to prove or disprove this. 

Victims of such will usually exhibit strange changes sa ugali.  If that is noted then we can rule na strong possibility of gayuma.

Yun lang if this girl is resorting to such to keep your uncle wrapped around her finger ay why is she wondering about those strange birds.  There is a strong likelihood that she is also being manipulated by another as that strengthens yun power nun even more.  Its the opposite of what I do here.  By enlightening mga readers here and magkaroon ng blessing at it helps me (and wifey) get through hardships in life.

I'm not familiar sa methods used sa chiropractic but indeed any changes done to something may it be a person or place ay definitely may realignment ng energies.  Its what feng shui subscribes to

And do note that I also shared that feng shui gives guide as to what changes can be manipulated to maximize healing or even destruction.  Feng shui kasi ginagamit rin iyan sa medicine.  That is why may mga auspicious times, etc. not just where the healing center is best to be, anong design and so forth.

Sa usapang bad deeds naman ay may mga tao who really don't care of the consequences.  Its like they all just want that mga wants nila makuha nila.  Na they do not care whom they leave suffering from their actions.  Isipin mo na lang na bakit despite the wealth of our country marami pa rin are poor.  Hindi lang yun mga big baddies but equally responsible yun mga nagpapaloko dahil lang sa maliit na kapalit during elections or such.

It is just disheartening at times and ma-seduce ka nga to join the dark side to secure your future and enjoy naman life.  Thus, hindi biro ang maka-resist ka sa temptation even yun basic one of getting even with someone.

Before hindi naman ganito ang pakiramdam ko. Is there something wrong po ba sa bahay namin kaya ganun? Magstart din po ako today magmultivitamins baka madali lang talaga ko mapagod, pero before po hindi naman ganito. May kinalaman po kaya sya sa bloodmoon? (naisip ko lang po yun bigla hehe!)

Share ko lang po experience namin with my cousin, we suspected na ginayuma sya ng isa naming barkada.

He is based in US po at yong barkada namin ay pinakilala ng isa kong pinsan sa pinsan namin na nasa US. Nagtataka kami before at first time nila magkita in person ng pinsan ko pag uwi sa Pinas though they are sending text messages and chatting for more or less half year na at after that ay bigla na lang nagpakasal without really knowing the girl fully. As in lahat ay tutol pero kahit ano sabihin ng mga elders ay hindi sya talaga nakikinig to the point na kinasal sila without the knowledge of his mom. We were told na before umuwi ang cousin namin, umuwi ng tacloban si girl at ang family nya at nagkasakit daw yong driver ng sasakyan na kasama nila pag uwi according pa doon sa pinagtanungan ng mga tita ko na manggagamot, buong angkan daw po ang gumawa.  Pansin talaga namin sunod sunuran ang pinsan namin kung ano ang sabihin ng girl.

Few years after sila ikasal na petition na si girl pati yong anak nila papunta ng US. Then 2 years ago, nabalitaan namin na nagloko ang pinsan namin at may babae to the point na nagkaanak sila ng babae nya.  Bigla pumasok sa isip ko if that is her karma? Naaawa din kami ky girl since nakita naman namin na ang laki na ng binait nya (playgirl po kasi yon dati)  at kung kalian sya nagbago saka naman po biglang nagloko ang pinsan namin.

BTW po, update lang. Nakabit na daw po ang foot board last Saturday and when I asked hubby kung kumusta na pakiramdam nya, he said na gumagaan na daw po pakiramdam nya unti unti. Also po, halos sabay sabay na ang pagbloom ng flowers sa garden (desert rose, rosal at sampaguita) at padami na rin ng padami customers ko. Hehehhe!

One reason why you find it hard to sleep is because you've absorbed all those negative energies and allowed it to affect you despite how much you try to resist it.  This is why I always tell people na in situations like yours to have plants sa place, fast from red meat, etc. as that way mas less yun effect.

Ground yourself each day after work.  Saglit lang naman needed for that.  Remember, after full moon syempre pa-new moon na and that's when all these negative energies that accumulate within us ma-feel yun effects.

Yes, a place which is quite close to a yin place is indeed not a good place to be not unless extreme measures have been put into place.  At hindi lang mga 5 to 10 minutes away.  Simply check out the likes of Araneta Avenue or the area around Manila South Cemetery in Makati.

It can be.  The reason why may mga tulad ng geomancy, astrology, etc. is to study the effects nun sa tao when certain factors like planets are in this kind of arrangement, etc.

Hmm.  May case ako na ganyan in truth.  Sa friend ko na major headache nga namin but hoping his decision to get back with his wife was the right choice.

However, here may difference nga lang as yun sa friend ko was rooted sa karma niya at ng girl.  Sigh, I sure wish that girl was the wife of my friend as at least she changed for the better.

It can be karma or simply the effects of the spell wore off.  Ang spells kasi limited duration lang iyan.  And tulad rin ng antibiotic if used often ay the effect is resisted more as long as the subject fights it deep inside itself.  This is why mga hauntings and such level up to overcome such resistance.

FYI.  At hindi nag-iisa ang cousin mo na malamang nagamit siya to simply be petitioned abroad.  Marami resort to dark spells just to realize that.

May ikuwento lang po ako nagpalit ako ng pouch red na may rice nung isang araw and I notice po na yung bigas is maitim tapos madumi parang mga libag di naman po naabot ng baha yung pinagsabitan ko nun and if naabot man brown dapat pero itong nakuha ko parang jobos powder na black eh, so talagang naabsorb nya mga nega hehe at sa mga prone na lugar pa sa cr namin at main gate lang yung pouch na yun then the rest mapusyaw lang bigas like normal..Tinapon ko po sa labas na kanal yung mga bigas at binilad sa sunlight yung mga red pouch pagkalaba and last banlaw sa water with salt.
