As your situation seems to be unavoidable yun need to maglipat you need to pay careful attention to details more so your gut instinct. Let not your heart or mind rule your decisions but combine both as well as being sensitive to your surroundings.
First, you need to check the history of the place you are moving to. As it looks like you've already got a place to move to then no choice ka but to cleanse the place THOROUGHLY. Yup. There are cases wherein one long scratch lang but if you check closely may slight mark for the other two. Anyhow, that is still a bad sign if it happens often. Another would be unexplained bruises.

The salt scrub is different dahil it cleanses the place ang true function while the salt solution level 3 is to filter what is coming in and out as well as register the level of chi. Combined ay they can do more for you.
