No Poo (No Shampoo) Method
Usually once or twice a week lang ginagawa depende sa hair type/scalp type.

Info about me:
Hair Type: Color treated hair, Fine hair strands  :-\
Scalp Type: Oily  :-[

I'll update this thread. Kayo rin mga sis try niyo!

Try ko din 'to. Yung baking soda muna.

Hi sis yula, thanks for sharing this! I stopped using shampoo muna and replaced it with baking soda. Sana within a few weeks eh stop narin ako using conditioner at use ACV naman.

Tapos share ko lang, when I washed my hair ng baking soda, naamoy ko yung gamot na nilagay sa buhok ko almost 2 weeks ago. Nagparelax/cellophane kasi ako. Grabe, after 2 weeks may gamot parin sa scalp ko.  :o

@sis nettiebelle

@sis sarahsensible

Nawala yung amoy tska naging malinis talaga yung hair nya. Balak ko lagyan next time ng ACV after. Pwede rin pala ang No Poo sa dogs nung niresearch ko last week. Natural flea killer ang vinegar so okay din talaga

Tried this last night.

Shampoo ko yung baking soda mixed with water.

- Ok sya. Less hairfall. Super clean nga yung feeling. Unlike pag nagsshampoo ako dami ko hairfall while nagbabanlaw.

No smell. Kagabi after banlawan wala na yun amoy. Less frizzy. Good sya for me. Gagawin ko to  siguro every other day.

I've heard of this pero not tried it pa. I think it's ok to shampoo your hair as long as you use organic products, not yung commercial mass-marketed shampoos na puro chemicals. And now we have a lot of organic shampoos and conditioners to choose from naman.

I just tried it!! Hehe. Hehe. Nawala naman amoy nung mejo natuyo na. What I like about it eh super less frizzy and para akong nag-iron ng hair!

Good for you sis! buti natry mo na. So mukhang nakatulong sya makaprevent sa pag hair fall.  ;)
ako rin sis oily hair as in. Kakainis yung bangs ko nagdidikit dikit lagi. Sana mawala to pag natry ko na.

@purple.strawberry
Yung organic shampoos/conditioners sis walang halong ibang chemicals. :)

@misslovelyjoy

I've done this for 6 months, maganda sana if we live in a relatively temperate climate. It didn't work for me in the long run.

Aww sis. Sayang naman. Pero dati ba in a month how may times mo siya ginagawa? yan din kasi iniisip ko yung climate at yun pollution. So ano na gamit mo pala ngayon?

I'm back to using shampoo + conditioner pero I wash mga twice to thrice a week lang.  In fairness naman with no 'poo, nakakakapal talaga ng hair pero you will get  conscious with the sweat and pollution and other stuff eh, talagang hindi ko keri pag mainit.

sobrang haba na ng hair ko ngayon, if you wash less, you'll grow it long, less hairfall din so i guess dito na lang ako nag stick sa routine ko na ito.

I did this for a few months and didn't work for me! My hair was really slimy, thick, and heavy. Tapos, because of the dirt (I only wash twice a week with water, baking soda, and apple cider vinegar), nagbreak-out ako. You really need to change your sheets weekly if you're going to do this.

Nag-organic shampoo nalang ako. Hindi masyado mabula and hirap i-lather ng organic shampoo especially since I have very long hair but it's tolerable. Never will I try no-poo again. Maybe if I have my own car na.

Will try the baking soda and ACV for a month. Twice a week ko siya gagawin. Before nung shampoo and conditioner, every other day ako magwash. Di kasi pwedeng longer than one day di magwash, nag-ooily hair and scalp ko.

I agree. In my case, kumapal yung hair ko using baking soda.
