Hi sisters, I have never baked before but I'm interested to learn. I always watch baking shows on TV and online but I don't know how to start. Like what baking ba ang need kong bilhin as starter and what recipe ang pwedeng kong gawin na madali lang.

Kindly share your tips and recipes.

Thank you.  ::)

Hi sis maryodette. I started baking in 2012, napag tripan ko lang. First na binake ko was chocolate cupcakes, at nasarapan mga tao sa bahay kaya nawili ako.

I just confirmed na magastos mag-bake haha.

Nagworkshop ako baking for beginners kanina and nagenjoy ako, dilemma ko wala naman akong gamit pangbake and yes it's true magastos magbake from ingredients to utensils and equipment.

We baked brownies and cookies kanina. Can you recommend a brand of oven na nagamit or ginagamit niyo na? As in noob ako.  ;D

Matry nga ang banana cake thanks sis crzysxycl :)

^hi! as a beginner, i only have the following: spatula, mixing bowl, whisk, pans. sa brownie making ok naman kahit yan lang gamit ko. pero si mama marami siyang nagagawa kahit ito lang items such as cookies, muffins, souffle. so i guess kahit no mixer you can start buying those basic items.

sa oven nakiki-bake lang ako ;D at my lola's house, walking distance lang, elba brand.

Bump natin ang thread, sayang!

Ako, what i do, i start with a control recipe, like martha stewart, alton brown, etc. I adjust the ingredients, lalo na sweetness level, always less 30% ako.

This banana chocolate chip bread was the first thing I ever baked. Very easy to make. I only had an oven, a whisk, spatula and big bowl that time. And measuring cups and spoons of course. :)

Hello sisses! Sa condo kami nakatira and we don't have an oven.

Are there baking recipes ba na pwede sa oven toaster, or sa steamer lang?

@yannuh and @barbillie

For a e.g. fondant cake - this will take about an hour in an oven. I am not sure if you can achieve this sa oven toaster. Pwede pa siguro pag steamed? like siopao or leche flan.
