Out of desperation I again took maids from the agency despite all the horror stories we all know about these katulong agencies.
Anyway last week i interviewed and got one all around maid. She was ok during the interview so i chose her. Day1 in our house is of course teaching and training her the maid's duties. The following morning was ok (despite the fact that she looks so dirty and i had to request her to washup twice) i decided to put up with her. I noticed she is doing things i specifically told her to avoid (dont leave the bathroom doors open cuz the baby might get there) she does it about 3x so i had to tell her again and again. 3rd time she actually, literally blasted: MAGHANAP KA NA NG KAPALIT KO AYOKO NA DITO. PAULIT ULIT KA. AYOKO NA DITO. I was shocked and immediately got highblood. Told her not to shout at me in my own house. Called agency and good thing within the day they sent a replacement.
Now here's the funny part. I interviewed 2 (1 replacement and 1 yaya supposedly) i told the agency i wont get the yaya cuz when i interviewed her she doesnt seem to be sure of the work. So i told the agency to just bring the replacement for the 24hour housemaid. When the agency people came to my house, they brought the repacement and the yaya i interviewed whom i said i dont want. She is begging to work. Ok so i accepted them.. after 3 days the yaya wants to friggin leave and wont give me a reason. And now 5 days after hiring these losers the other maid had to leave cuz "nanganak ang kapatid at walang mag-aalaga". Out of the blue these helpers had to leave. We treat them well, they have plenty of food and good sleeping area. They have ample rest.
This KHRISTEL MANPOWER AGENCY is a freaking scam. They send maids only to collect their sorry agency fees and tell their maids to leave after a few days so they can move the maids to new employers and get more agency fees.

That also happened to me from an agency in quezon city. Nakailang replacement na but the agency did not gave me the matino one. laging may reason to leave. wala pang one month. then the bad part of it was the agency dictates the helper the amount of her salary. even if the helper and i have agreed of a certain amount, the agency will add more so her value of her commission is higher.

it is not easy to train helpers then in the middle of nowhere biglang aalis. nakakainis lang.

That has happened to me before, most agencies are scam talaga. I had a couple of maids who admitted na the agencies just ask them to work for the employer kahit 1 month and they can leave na raw and borrow money.  Sis, take time and complain at DOLE to teach this scam artist a lesson not to mess with us.  Not because we have money na they can just get whatever 2k to 6k fees they want and get away with it. http://www.dole.gov.ph/queries/submit

True. Mahirap din sila pag replacement na.. anyway, do you have reviews or feedbacks regarding mega pacific agency or mega maid? Anong agency ang medyo ok?
