I didn't, but I got one anyway. I think they placed me in the corner because I told them that the rooms were for our wedding

Here's the funny thing though. I forgot to request that my husband's room be placed at the other corner or at the other wing. Good thing we got an entourage room so entourage room was in the middle. If we didn't, tabi talaga kami ng rooms! Haha. Don't make the same mistake. We bumped into each other in the hallway once and almost saw each other a couple of times because of this! Hahaha

^oh no! Haha! I hope he didn't see you or your gown though? I once witnessed something like that, ang kulit kasi ng groom palakad lakad sa hallway ng hotel so he saw the gown and the bride made up kasi nag pphoto opp na sa bride yung p/v team!

Lol you can make the coordinators mindful of this naman. Magkatabi rooms namin but we never saw each other.

Juwie, haha no naman. I was still in my robe that time! I sent him a message pa telling him pakalat-kalat kasi siya :p

All rooms were nice sis. Difference with the corner room is that it had two windows so better lighting siguro while HMUA was doing my make-up

J.Adore this was before my OTD came in! Baka 5 or 6 in the morning. I woke up at 2am kasi so I was a bit restless so I keep going back and forth from my room and our entou's room where my friends are staying.  I don't know what the husband was doing roaming around the corridors. Ang kulit lang namin haha

That is sooo funny sis caleeice. Same with hubby, 6.30 am nasa room ko sya ewan ko kung bakit.. then when I went downstairs to have breakky he went to my room where my gown is!!! And he was surprised bakit ganon daw itsura ng gown ko.. naka bath robe. Hahaha! Buti na lang talaga we wrapped it with a bath robe kaya yung skirt lang nakita nya.

Good thing you put a robe on top of it so he wasn't able to see the gown! But that was so funny that he wondered why your gown looked like a robe! Hahaha  Super funny ang bloopers! It's so nice to relive the things that happened noh?!

Di lang yon sis.. 12mn kumakatok sya sa room ko to borrow my laptop. He's making a way talaga to make silip at my gown. Boys o.. pasaway.

Yeah!!! I miss all the things that happened that day! iniimagine ko how everything took place. Haha! And I really miss our family and friends lalo na now were back overseas again

Sa amin naman, my room and entourage room are just next to each other 38th floor then hubby is at 37th floor. Wala kaseng 1 BR suite on our floor.

Sissies how many months before the wedding are you booking your hotel room for preps? My wedding is on feb 2016 pa. Would it be too soon to book now or too late nako?

^ok lang kahit now ka mag book sis feb din ako pero september ako nagpabook.

^When we booked our hotel, muntik na kami magkatabi ng room kasi yun yung suggestion ng receptionist but good thing naalala ko na baka magkasilipan kami the night before our wedding day kaya 1 floor apart kami. I was on the second floor while he was at the third floor. After ng kumpisal namin (the day before) hindi na kami nagkita kasi hiwalay kami ng oras ng kumpisal. Ang sarap nga i-reminisce ng mga pangyayari before, during and after the wedding. Ang saya saya alalahanin as in. I miss my wedding preps!

^melixanne, i don't think they're strict with the number of persons. For the 1-br suites, there were around 3 to 4 per room and for the 2-br suite, there were about 7 in the room max for the 2 br suite is 6 adults. They never asked naman, but I don't know if they monitor those who came up. They called us each time somebody goes up.

hi sis! we did an ocular at Raffles and Fairmont. we really liked it because it looked very new! also liked the idea of me and h2b on different hotels but on the same building. the only drawback was we had to pay 5 or 10k yata for the pictorials if you're not having the reception there. their rooms were already expensive so we didn't push through with it na lang. we went for Manila Pen instead. hope this helps!

Thanks for the input sis bzbee! We'll book rooms sa fairmont for the wedding preps but not the reception. So i guess we'll just pay the fee for using their amenities for the pictorials..
