I'm not familiar kase sa Pasig so I'm not sure if mas mapapalayo ba ako if dito ang preps namin. Pero everyone says Eastwood daw talaga most accessible from UP Diliman.

Sis belle, Eastwood is nearer UP Diliman, but Oakwood is not that far away. Traffic lang in Katipunan (but you'll pass there anyway from Eastwood) because your wedding is on a weekday. Are you thinking about moving your preps to Oakwood instead?

If only richmonde would let me refund the 2 rooms I definitely would!! I'll meet them next next week pag uwi ng manila and see how we go.

Good luck sis! Hope you get to sort things out. If you really want to transfer to another hotel, maybe you can offer your rooms to guests who are flying in and are looking for hotel accommodations (just in case meron and they haven't booked yet)

I have free accommodation kasi na plan namin gamitin the night after our wedding. Then I'm wondering if pwede na rin dito for our wedding preps.

sis belle_v2g, hindi na ko nag ocular kasi ilang beses na kami nakapunta dun before. Yun yung pinaka OK sa Ortigas area na alam namin terms of space, light, affordability and convenience. pero wala lang sya nice grand staircase like Eastwood Richmonde. But ok na yun for us.

Just want to share mga sis! We already booked Oakwood Premier for our wedding prep venue and wedding night. Booked it through agoda kahit Feb 2016 pa kami. Takot kasi kami maubusan because of the Chinese New Year.

Anyway, here are the ff things I found out after calling them:
1-they allow multiple people in the room as long as you keep to the max # of people spending the night
2-they allow pictorials only inside the rooms and the lobby, buti na lang maganda lobby (lalo na yung front steps)
3-they allow food to be brought in

I hope this helps mga sis!

Finally booked 2 penthouse suites in City Garden Suites Manila for our wedding preps, 1N para sa 1 at 2N naman sa isa para di magmadaling magligpit sa room ni bride:) Priority kasi namin ang malaking room bilang madaming tao sa wedding day ang pupunta sa hotel for pictorial. Di sya 5 star hotel but we're happy kasi maganda at maayos naman ang lobby at other areas for pictorial:) Walang restrictions sa food delivery at pagpasok ng maraming guests:) happy ako hihi.

and also for microtel in technohub? thanks mga sis!

About Oakwood. pwede magdala ng outside food. Pwede rin dun mag luto. They also allow pictorials, sa indoor swimming pool lang daw bawal.

For luxent, add 10k for pictorials on top of room rates.

awww...ang mahal naman 10k on top of room rates para lang sa pictorial 
sis would you know kung pictorial sa loob ng room lang pwede or yun 10k na yun para pictorial sa lobby and outside the room? sayang naman ang ganda ng lobby nila pero ang mahal naman ng additional, haaayst, kastress naman sila

hi sis belle_v2g, wala ba feedback sayo un suppliers mo? Un mananahi ko kasi sabi sa akin, simula nung naghigpit si ERH, un mga brides niya nagsilipatan to other hotels. Ang iniikutan na nga lang raw ngayon are: Marco Polo Ortigas, Edsa Shangrila, and Oakwood. Last month ko lang nakausap un mananahi ko.

Among them, si darlene ang nakakakuha ng feedback doon from other couple and supplier friends. I'll go there personally. Mahirap mag cancel kase fully paid nako sept last year. If pwede lang talagang mag cancel.. I will kaso I booked thru agoda. May previous agreement nako with the manager pero gusto ko kase clear yon dahil napaka inconsistent nila. Pero I advise other couple.. better sa iba na sila mag check in kesa sa richmonde. Sasakit ulo nyo.

^ I hope your F2F meeting goes well, sis. Document mo nalang yung agreements niyo in writing (email) and have a printed copy para on your wedding day, your coordinator has something to fall back on in case of any issues.
