we reserved two rooms sa richmonde.. 1 BR suite (bride) and 1 deluxe (groom), now we're considering getting one more room for the ento. is that practical kaya?

A designer recommended that the ento should have a separate room so it won't be too crowded and magulo in the bride's room. According to him, labas-pasok ang P/V teams, among others, and super marami gamit in the bride's room. We followed his advice and got three 1br suites (in a different hotel): 1 for me, 1 for fiance and another for ento. We want kasi the ento to have their make-ups done in the hotel or if they have theirs done elsewhere, they have to go early for the pictorial

another thing is, ang MOH ko, kukuha din ng room sa same hotel.

Anyone here na nakapaginquire na sa marco polo? Ok ba dun? Kasi ayaw ko sana sa richmonde. I am planning Sulo Riviera kasi QC yung church at reception kaso bago ang marco and sa pictures nice yung rooms nila.. I inquired sa luxent for wedding preps additional 10k which is out of the budget and nakakaloka haha.

The new house rules for wedding preps of Eastwood Richmonde Hotel is ridiculous.. and they won't even allow a refund. #pissed

We are no longer allowed to bring outside food. Only 6 people allowed to stay in 1 room at a time.. e videographer pa lang 6 na sila. Duh! Alam nilang wedding preps yon edi ibig sabihin expect a lot of guests tapos ililimit? The only way they could think of is get another room daw, eh hello! 1 deluxe room, 1 BR suite are fully paid and 1 2BR suite is reserved under my name pa..so 3 rooms lahat, tapos add pa ulet? Inis talaga ko. I asked the reservation officer if they could do something about it since umaga lang naman madaming dadating.. she'll get back to me daw. sabi ko nga I'd rather keep my guests inside the hotel rooms and not let them roam around your premises. aside from that, I mentioned na rin that we booked the first 2 rooms last year pa.. nung wala pa silang bagong house rules. Nakakainis!

kinumpara ko nga new house rules sis. ang pinakamalaking difference ay yung pag-add nila ng provision na strictly prohibited ang pagdadala ng food sa room na hindi binili sa hotel. wala pa kasi yan nung kinasal kami. nakakabahala naman ito sis.

although yung provision about having a max of 6 persons at a time in the room, dating part na ng house rules. tinanong ko rin sila about it noon, sabi ko:

Pano na yung mga photographers at suppliers ko? imposible yung 6 persons in the room lang kasi pano pag magmemakeup tsaka pag picture taking?

ganun daw talaga ang policy. pero nung araw naman ng wedding namin, super daming tao sa loob ng rooms kasi nga may 3 hmua, 2 ento hmua, 5 ang photographers, 8 ang videographes. andun sila lahat. pati mga 6 na female abay. di naman kami sinita ng hotel. so i guess ok lang yung sa supposed 6 persons at a time rule.

medyo magastos nga lang kasi sa hotel mo sila pakakainin. pero alam mo sa tingin ko sis, wag ka na masyado ma-stress at wag ka na rin mag-add pa ng ikaapat na room. tama na yung 3 rooms. coordinator mo na ang bahala. magagawan nyo rin yan ng paraan.

^oo nga sis wag mo na isipin. May magagawa pa ba sila kung marami ng tao at may food na mapuslit sa loob ng room nyo? Mahihiya na rin yung staff nila na mag bigay ng bad vibes for such a special occassion. Hehe. May fine daw ba?

Share ko lang, na cross out yung Eastwood Richmonde sa list namin kasi I attended a wedding last December tapos ang reklamo ng bride, may ipis daw sa room nya! Nagpanic yung foreign guests nila na nag overnight din kasama nila kasi syempre di naman sanay mga foreigners makakita ng ipis diba. So todo panic sila tinawagan ng bride yung receptionist. Sabi ililipat na lang daw sila ng room pero ang nangyari nag spray lang sila ng something sa room. Di naman sila nilipat. Ayun.

medyo calm nako. Hehe di ko naman sila inaway, nagtry lang akong makipag negotiate..  Pero if only may mobile number ka sakin baka isa ka na sa mga "phone a friend" ko kanina hehe..baka nga pwede na yung madaming suppliers on the day. For sure di naman nila kami papa layasin
sabi nga ni gail, parang same padin ng dating house rule maliban sa food. Ano magandang gawin, magbigay na lang ng food allowance?

Aside pala sa 3 rooms, yung maid of honor ko kukuha din ng room then yung guest ni hubby from Canada dun din mag check in. So madami kaming magccheck in don if ever..

Isang option about food: around Richmonde super dami ng fastfood chains and restos -kfc, friday's, bubble tea, mcdo, rufo's, etc. Pwede mo pakainin ang suppliers dun habang breaktime since walking distance lang naman

sis vitug.annie, kaya na yan ng coordinator mo gawan ng paraan yung sa food. yung ginawa namin ng coordinator ko, bnigay ko sa kanya food allowance para sa suppliers, tapos siya na ang bumili.
