I suggest you drop by Diamond Hotel mismo para madescribe sa'yo in detail. Better print out the trip advisor post you mentioned para may proof ka. Pero kung malaki na naman yung de luxe room, why not get it?

question lang regarding DIamond hotel.. tumawag kasi ako and I asked how much their superior room is. Wala daw silang ganon, deluxe lang daw. pero their site has a superior room and nakita ko naman yung mga nagbubook sa trip advisor na superior room daw tawag sa binubook nila.

so im now wondering, is there a difference between superior and deluxe rooms of diamond hotel?

^ siguro bro it all boils down to budgeting and prioritizing. kung makakamura kami sa superior, then ok na samen un. we dont really mind how big our rooms will be, we talked about that na. basta malapit na distance na hotel sa church.. and with high stars, ok na rin samen. pero siempre kung wala naman talagang superior room or deluxe is equal to their superior, wala naman kaming magagawa na dun hehe. just curious din talaga and want to make sure kung totoo yung sinasabi nung kausap ko dun na lowest nila is deluxe.
anyway ill bring nalang our tablet siguro tapos papakita ko yung sinabi na superior.. just as youve suggested.. thx bro

to Archbishop's Palace brides here, have you chosen your hotel for preps? natatakot ako ma-traffic kaya I'm considering Astoria Plaza and Lancaster Hotel since they're both along Shaw Blvd lang. I checked pictures online and parang okay naman both.

Any feedback on these hotels? or baka may mare-recommend kayo na other hotels

I've been to Lancaster and Astoria Plaza, mas OK saken ang Astoria Plaza personally - may pagkamodern feel. And medyo masikip yung Lancaster para sa aken.

Do you have other backup options?

yung na-check ko pa lang na other options ay Richmonde and Linden Suites. mas ok for me ang Linden kasi sobrang laki ng rooms nila. Richmonde naman has this old world feel and sinabi nila outright na they are not strict sa number of people inside the room. kahit ilan daw nasa room as long as you don't disturb other guests, ok lang. yun lang, I worked in Ortigas and I know na super traffic dun pag rush hour. weekday pala yung wedding namin and around 4:30-5:00 ang exit namin sa church kaya eto, medyo takot sa traffic.

ok sana Oakwood and Discovery kaya lang mas malayo na sila

any recommendations? hindi na ba ganun kalala yung traffic? or worth-it ba ang other hotels in the area kahit medyo malayo?

Sis, full payment ba agad sa cocoon? Hubby to be and i are planning to finally book cocoon this weekend. However may nakita ko na photos ng wedding prep sa microtel sa technohub, parang maganda yung place since bago pa. Will probably check the place prior going to cocoon. If walang this is it feeling, go sa cocoon..haha!

50% lang sis. i also considered microtel, just checked the photos online. mas maganda pa rin interiors ng cocoon. sayang lang di ko nakuha un 1br suite kasi booked na. studio room ang nakuha ko.

So far ok stay experiences namin with Microtel. Their rooms are spacious and affordable. Clean look din sometimes they have nice pieces pwede pang background hehe

Sis,  may nabook ka na ba?  Pareho tayo sta.  Rita de cascia.  Pero plaza ibarra naman ako😊 try mo cocoon boutique hotel.. Yun Plano ko ibook eh... Hopefully this December pag may bonus na.. Haha!  Mas maganda kasi room sa cocoon compared to luxent and sequia na within timog din.  Meron pang isang hotel sa timog area pero luma na eh..

^ mga sis ilan bang room need ibook? Kasi sa ibang nakikita ko 2 rooms, sa iba 1 room lang, dun na pareho inaayusan si bride and groom...

^ depende sis sa budget hehe. Pero ako sis 2 ipapabook ko, 1 suite para sken at sa immediate family ko (na ipupuslit ko lang HAHA) at 1 suite para sa H2B ko (kasama immediate family na ipupuslit din namen hehe). Need 2 rooms kasi during preps, para di kayo magkakitaan ni H2B saka magkasya [textspeak!] mga kasali sa ento.
