Yes it is mga sisses. Pwede sa mga hotels, pero you ask first muna how much ang deduction if you will use Senior cards ha. At dapat, kasama yung may ari ng senior card sa booking at pag magbabayad na syempre. In our situation, we cannot use my aunt's senior card sa second night (3pm wedding) pero ayos lang, we will use Bayleaf's membership card para makamenos na din.

However, the hotel didn't allow us to upgrade the room for the Groom so I am still considering to ask a friend baka sakaling mapagbigyan....

Hi mga sis,

Help- need your inputs sa pagpili ng place for our wedding preparations. Our church is in Paco Church- Manila so I have inquired sa mga hotels nearby like diamond, Pan Pacific and Bayleaf. Diamond and Pan Pacific are both ok in terms of size (Family of 7 so need a big room for overnight stay) but are expensive. Bayleaf is ok in term of price but medyo maliliit [textspeak!] rooms. Now, may mga service apartments akong nakita in Makati- Fraser and Picasso which is mukhang hindi ganong ka-expensive and malaki sa size, tingin nyo ok lang kaya considering sa Manila yung Church namin? Tingin ko naman di ganon kalayo but hindi ako sigurado.

Hi sis! It depends on your budget. I considered both Picasso (for the aesthethics) and Fraser (space) pero Fraser ang gusto ni h2b. I have the rates of both if you like. I think medyo malayo ang Makati area sa Paco Park. I read somewhere na its important to have your prep hotel near the church para di nagmamadali sa photos and less risk of being late due to traffic. Pero you can try driving from makati to paco (same time and day) of your wedding day to check the traffic. Try mo na din maginquire about hotel membership cards baka makamura ka or di kaya sa hotel h20 and G hotel. Hth.

sad i had to let go of oakwood as our hotel for wedding preps...we booked 2 1 bedroom suites at eastwood richmonde instead because of the location. our church kasi is blessed pope john paul II chapel, location won over room aesthetics given our wedding is in December and a peak date at that...i figured ayokong ma-stress sa traffic on my wedding day

kung proximity, malapit lang yung marikina hotel tsaka yung renaissance hotel.

how much ba budget mo for the preps hotel> kung ang kelangan mo lang ay simpleng bihisan...ok naman yung marikina hotel. pero kung gusto mo maganda sa pics, eastwood richmonde lang ang pinakamalapit. may mga nagpapreps din sa microtel acropolis, pero for me kasi parang ang liit masyado ng microtel.

ako naman pinili ko eastwood richmonde. taga-marikina ako, pero pinili ko eastwood richmonde kasi sa cainta, rizal yung wedding namin.

Mga sis, how much na ba ang rate per night ngayon sa Eastwood Richmonde Hotel? Ang kailangan naming room good for 4. Bale 3 adults and 1 child. TIA!

^sis, they are offering a "21 days advance promo"... but to answer your question, based on the rates sent to me by Eastwood Richmonde, the rate for the 21 days advance promo is 12,510 php. h2b and i are planning to book the one-bedroom deluxe and a one bedroom premiere. the one-bedroom deluxe suite is around 20 sqm bigger than the premiere.

i still can't choose between Eastwood Richmonde and Astoria Plaza. I've booked them both in the meantime. sa Agoda by availing the free cancellation option.

Attractive din kasi for me ang Astoria because its rooms are 2x bigger than Eastwood Richmonde. what i don't like about Astoria though is that they impose a charge per tray or bilao of food brought into the rooms. Eastwood Richmonde has a grand staircase and a better looking lobby but Astoria has spacious rooms that can make wedding preparations more convenient.Another reason why i find it hard to decide is because h2b and i did not get to see the one bedroom deluxe of Eastwood Richmonde and also because we did not do an ocular visit of Astoria Plaza.   Please help...

^hi sis, if i may just share my inputs on eastwood richmonde, dyan kasi yung preps ng friend ko nung wedding nya last year. For me, parang mejo masikip yung 1 bedroom suite nila for preps. Mejo siksikan kami sa loob. So now that i am planning my own wedding, i really made it a point na malaking room yung kinuha ko, para may ample space for me and my entou. Also, i'm not sure if this is an issue sayo, pero for me kasi i take this into consideration, hindi kasi floor to ceiling yung windows ng richmonde (well at least dun sa room ng friend ko hundi, not sure sa ibang rooms) so di super daming natural light yung pumapasok. Eh ganung pics pa naman kasi yung gusto ko, yung natural light lang and no editing.

I strongly suggest na you visit both hotels para you can really weigh out their pros and cons. happy preps!

Hello mga sis, I need your advice. So ang prospective church ko ay Manila Cathedral . Ano ang maisu-suggest niyo na hotel?

Eto ang catch. Yung family ng fiance ko mangagaling from US. Ang gusto ko sana ay kumuha ng one suite for my family and one his family. Bale 4 ang headcount nila. 5 ang headcount namin.

Ideal kaya na kumuha ako ng 2 suites tapos gamitin yun for wedding preparations and then after ng wedding night doon na sila matutulog? Then kami ng fiance ko magbu-book sana kami ng separate hotel for the wedding night. Anong mga hotels kaya ang papayag na 4-5 persons per room?

Ang isa pang catch ay yung sa family nya parents nya and yung sister nya with her husband. Baka gusto nila na ibang hotel room sila. May alam ba kayo na hotel na mas cheaper kung mas maraming i-book?

Gusto ko sana yung may magandang view ng manila bay para ma-appreciate nila yung beauty ng Philippines.

salamat sis! i'll check out astoria soon. yun din iniisip ko e, yung baka masikip...attractive talaga yung space ng astoria kasi 102 square meters yung 2 bdr suite nila tapos kasing price lang ng 1 bedroom deluxe ng richmonde. masyado na kasi ako namamahalan dun sa 2 BDR suite ng richmonde.

^hi sis. sa cainta kasi ang wedding ko kaya yun mga pinipili kong hotel. mejo mahal naman for me yung oakwood tsaka marco polo. max na namin is 16k for 2 suites.

i didn't wait for marco polo na. paiba-iba kasi ng sinasabi na finish date ng suites nila. i went with oakwood compared to other serviced apartments. the suites are very elegant and spacious. i got 2-br suites each for me and my fiance.

Meron ba hotel sa Ortigas na picturesque at the same time spacious yung suites, aside from Eastwood Richmonde?

^last time i inquired which was last month i think, hoping within the year daw matapos the suites. our wedding is on feb, so i didn't want to take the risk na.

kaya din we went with oakwood na, aside from really liking the rooms, our photographer gave us a go.
