What are the changes that you noticed in your boyfriend nung naging kayo na? like for example, nung nanliligaw pa lang si bf, araw araw ang tiyaga ka nya itxt, ang tiyaga ka din ihatid sundo pero nung naging kayo na biglang nag iba na. hindi na ganon kadalas magtext at medyo tinatamad ka na din minsan sunduin. ano ginagawa nyo kapag nagkakaganon si bf? do you tell him about it or dedma na lang kasi ganon naman lahat ng mga lalake. sa umpisa lang matiyaga kapag nakuha na ang gusto, nagbabago na.
I think... masipag magtext ang guy kapag nanlilgaw pa lang kase literally, they are getting to know you. once you're already in a relationship esp pag medyo matagal na, there really is nothing to text so much about because he already knows you, the things the he used to ask you about, of course di na nya tatanungin uilit yun. ang mga lalaki, they don't text to make you kilig. they text you to ask you questions, in short, they text you for practical reasons. if a guy really is serious about you, texting ALL THE TIME is not going to be an option for him, because he will want to talk to you and tell you stories in person, face to face.
Minsan din, feeling natin guys lang ang nagbabago over time. In reality, hindi natin narerealize na pati tayong girls nagbabago din. For example, nung nanliligaw pa lang si guy, we don't really expect anything from him right, kase hindi natin sya boyfriend, mindset natin is to just let him have his best foot forward and then girls ang may control what to do with his efforts. Pero, once naging bf na natin sila, we expect a lot more. So yung mga ginagawa ni guy prior was almost always not enough, kase ang iniisip natin is that, hey you're my boyfriend you should be better than that. Thinking about it, it's not really the guy who changed, but our perception of the guy.
Also, men love to chase. That's a known fact. And madalas when we're already bf/gf, girls tend to lose themselves in the relationship, thinking that by giving the guy everything will keep him. The truth is, it's the other way around. If you keep yourself open to the world even if you have a boyfriend, he will see you as someone who is out of his reach, and if he really values you, he will appreciate you being out there. He will chase you kahit kayo na. He will have this mindset na "oh, this girl has a lot going on with her life, i must do something to keep her or else, he'll be out there without me".
But the more important thing is, as sis sugardrop said, communicate your issues with him. Paulit ulit na yan, but it still the best advice one can give/receive. But, you have to communicate with him, keeping in mind that he is a man. Be more concrete with your issues as you lay them down. Remember, if you tell a guy the phrase "nagbago ka na", walang meaning sa kanila yan. Instead try to tell him what made you say na nagbago na sya. Tell him you miss his good morning texts, for example. In that way, he'll know clearly that good morning texts make you happy. And maybe, he will make his way to making you happy again.

With my own relationship, I haven't seen drastic changes with my boyfriend from then and now. Of course I've seen changes, but nothing that I'm worried about. I personally am not so fond of texting (i'd rather call than text), but he still sends me random texts throughout the day, and if we're not together, we facetime every night before we sleep. Ngayon, mas regular kami magkita unlike the first few months of dating. Generally, we have so much more to talk about now because although we know each other so well now, we are always excited to discover new things together. And the conversation doesn't always revolve around mushy stuff, but life plans, trivial issues, politics even, which I think is more stimulating.
