^thanks for the reply. If it's cheaper than HK and SG, then the better. I`ve never been to SK but okay naman sa akin ang vibe na parang Myeongdong sa gabi, so I might take one at the Ximending area. Kasama ko kasi gusto ng medyo quiet ako naman into window shopping and cafes. Nabasa ko kasi sa blog ng Jin loves to eat about Home Hotel Da-an kaya naisip ko area niya.

Hello girls, just got back from my Taiwan trip the other day. Generally, i think mas mahal sya in comparison with Korea and Japan. Yung mga street food sa night markets, parang minimum 100ntd per order (P175). Sa myeongdong, parang nasa 2,000won (P90) ang minimum. May mga same items din ako nakita na binebenta rin sa Korea like yung mga socks. 100ntd (P175) per pair sa ximending pero 1,000won (P45) lang sa myeongdong. So ayun, ang bilis masyado ng pera doon. Actually di ko ine-expect na ganun ang price range doon, halos nasimot ko pocket money and wala ako masyadong nabiling pasalubong. :-(

^Sorry I don't know pinsan ko kasi bibili sa BDO and ayaw niya na maghanap sa iba. Pero may nabasa ako sa Pinoy Exchange okay na daw sa Taoyuan Airport, not much difference with the rates compared to Manila.

^meron sa bdo? usually US dollar lang kasi meron sa banks eh. tumawag ako sa branch ko, wala raw. for reservation daw pero walang guarantee kung kelan magkaka-stock. Anyway, sa Malate ako nagpapalit. marami kasing money changers and travel agencies doon

^Doon siya sa branch in Makati where her employer does their business kaya kakilala siya and naka-reserve siya. Sabi niya kunin daw niya next week.

I was able to purchase deals from KLook for our carpool airport and hotel transfers, pocket wifi rental and bus to Jiufen/Shifen. Very cheap.

Meron bang may English menu na parang seafood paluto like Dampa aside from Addiction Aquatic Development?

Thanks mga sis! Try namin this weekend sa Malate. How much ang exchange rate dun? Pag sa NAIA kasi ang haba ng pila. Sa Taoyuan takot lang masaraduhan. hehe.. Booked rin in Klook for our trip next week. BDO rin sana pero no assurance kelan sila magkakaroon. Airport transfers naman got it with our Airbnb host.

1.75 yung exchange rate nung day na nagpapalit ako sa malate. Airport transfers naman, 1,000ntd nagtaxi kami papuntang hotel kasi madaling araw na kami nakarating eh around 2:30am na. From hotel to airport naman, nagtrain lang kami. 160ntd lang.

Sa Taiwan na ako mismo nagpapalit. Yung money exchange sa tapat mismo ng carousel kung saan kukunin baggage. Pwede rin naman sa monexy exchange dito sa Pinas sa airport sa NAIA T3, almost same rate lang rin. mga Php20k+ lang naman pinapalit ko.

^ thanks sis. Yan rin gawin ko sa Wednesday. I checked mga money changers nung weekend ang laki ng difference 1.8 - 1.9 na rate nila sayang ang 1k TWD rin difference sa current rate of around 1.6-1.7.
