I have a Schengen Visa kasi na expired na and dun sa old passport ko pa (less than 10 years pa naman) so I can  apply for eVisa?

Sis why don't you apply for ROC travel certificate na lang instead of e-visa? I'm not sure if nakalagay eh, valid visa. If valid visa nga, then yeah, go ahead apply for e-visa.

Isa sa mga exceptiona eh, those who are holding KOREAN visa. Thinking about letting my friends apply for korean visa muna (because it's free) and then apply for taiwan visa. Will that work kaya. Nasa 2,700 din pala ang visa. Sayang din.

@ohh-la-la Travel Authorization Certificate ang need mo i-apply coz you fall under this category.

The applicant must possess at least one of the following documents issued by Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, any of the Schengen countries, the United Kingdom, or the United States:
1.     Valid resident or permanent resident card
2.     Valid entry visa (may be electronic visa)
3.     Resident card or visa that has expired less than 10 years prior to the date of arrival in Taiwan

eVISA naman is when you apply online but with a fee, sayang.

Girls ask ko lang naconfuse ako sa valid visa. I have kasi expired Korean (3 yrs ago) and Japan (2 years ago) visa. Kaso both single entry lang nabigay sakin. Valid ba yun? Or dapat multiple? Thanks.

Hi sisses! We will be going to Taiwan this coming April 19... First timer kaming lahat. Any recommendations sa hotel na ibook ko? Gusto ko sana nasa city and pag baba sana namin madami ng makita like markets and othet shops, also train station para hindi mahirapan ang kasama naming seniors. Thank you!

I booked via CebuPac for Dec 4-8 for Php2,466 lang! no baggage but with insurance. I am so happy kasi ang mura ng ticket ko! hahahaha!

Booked for a PAL flight to Taiwan on the first week of June, 4 days lang for a quick break from work and curious ako kung better than HK and SG talaga.

For hotels, I want to go to somewhere near the Taiwan Main Station area pero parang di ko pa masyado nagugustuhan  mga nababasa ko sa hotels. Ximending is my second choice pero okay din ba ang Daan and the Taipei 101 area, and are they better than Ximending?

^not generally better than SG/HK. Generally cheaper siguro. Ximending/Taipei Main station for easy access to establishments. If youve been to Myeongdong of Seoul, parang ganoon ang feel ng Ximending. June is hot and humid, so baka ang comparison mo would be -- SG is better due to malls in Orchard, HK is better din especially if you stayed in Tsim Sha Tsui/Central (malls and streetfood), but the streetfood in Taipei has more variety (especially Raohe Night Market).
