hi there sis! i hope you do not mind me asking, why are you disappointed with glutafit? ano effect niya sa iyo and aside from glutafit, nagtry ka rin ba ng mga ka-combo niya?

hi sis..   glutafit lang un binili ko.. unang take (first bottle- naubos ko) super diet and un work out ako every other day khit super pagod na sa work, sa weight bumababa naman in span of 2 weeks, skin color - no changes (ok lang sakin un kasi aim ko un pumayat) so i have to stop it kasi nagkasakit ako..

i resume after ko magkasakit., expected na nag-gain ako kasi nasa bahay lang ako,. (started again actually dahil atat ako pumayat un sept 10 until sept 21 .. 2x or 3x a day wala kasing gym/work out) control lang sa food .. breakfast and lunch , no dinner (nakakatulog na ko agad kasi pagod) .. sa weight walang nagbago in fact nag-add pa nga ako ng 2.8 lbs ... maybe stress sa work kaya nag-gain, or hiyangan lang din siguro or maybe too impatient lang din sa results...

narealize ko walang rin difference whether gamitin ko un glutafit and sabay ng diet.. ---feeling ko kaya bumaba un weight ko last time dahil nagwo-work out ako and diet.. mas gusto ko pa tuloy un natural way para pumayat.. mas tipid pa.. or magtry ng iba pang diet pills (hehe gioal ko kasi pumayat before the mag x-mas) ...       (this is just base on what i experience, and this may work for others, maybe not for me, everything is subjective..)

 ---- pero since ginamit ko un glutafit nawala un insomia ko (sarap lagi ng tulog ko) and ang bilis kong makatulog..

i am also on a diet. i have tried different pills and coffee na rin. may nagwork pero i had to stop then when i tried them again, di na effective. i am using javita now. so far wala pa ako complains... expensive lang siya sa 100/sachet pero super pakla, black coffee talaga. pero no pain, no gain eh... sana pumayat talaga ako dito... if not, i will try tremella slim or gluta fit combo. goal ko is end of november pumayat.

Kasi medyo laki ng binaba ng price not that im complaining gusto ko lang maging sigurado I saw kasi sa sulit 455php lang for 1glutafit takot lang ako di ko pa alam how to compare kasi haven't seen 1 pa. Please help I know din they have buy 1 take one and packages pero yun talaga super mura e 455php lang kaya nakaka enganyo.
May fake glutafit na ba?

Hello Sis, as far as I know, wala naman fake ang glutafit.

Sa akin sis lose lang ng weight with green tea combo. mas naging effective po sa akin yung combo na yun.

Hi, 2 caps per day ang GlutaFit. =) Tapos veggie capsule si 4green. So mga 1-2 caps per day din

Naka 1 bottle din ako ng glutafit.

Well, di ko siya type. Madalas nakaka migraine sya, di rin naman siya nakaka supress ng appetite ng super... Mas okay pa na mag exercise diet nalang tipid pa... As for the skin, parang dull looking mas okay pa yung probio white if goal mo yung sa skin side.

If you're lacking energy you really have to exercise... ilang articles na nabasa ko na unfortunately the only way to combat that feeling is to get some exercise in. Napansin ko rin sa sarili ko na pag wala ako exercise ng matagal tagal super lupapay yung feeling ko.

I finished two bottles of Glutafit. Kasama yung green tea drink na parang calamansi flavored. Daily ako nag-take ng Glutafit (2 capsules per day) pero yung green tea minsan nakakalimutan ko. Walang effect at all sa weight ko. Wala ring significant changes sa skin color so not buying them again.
