hi.. after the first bottle ng glutafit (with diet and at least 10-20 mins work out every other day) and regular take 2caps every day naglose naman ako ng 5.8lbs ..   


pero with the second bottle i need to stop kasi nagkasakit ako so nagstop ako ng 1 week and minsan nag-skip ako kasi umiinom ako ng antibiotics and other prescriptions.. so nag-stop ako ng diet and since not feeling well ndi ako nag-exercise .. un nag-gain ulit ako ngaun..  

not sure if ganun nga ka-effective kasi may diet and workout ako un ginamit un ko sa 1st bottle..

just bought the green tea + 4Green + Glutafit combo
I'm on my 7th day of cleansing by drinking the Green Tea. Mas effective daw kasi pag nagcleansing muna before taking Glutafit. So far maganda effect sakin nung tea. nagregulate yung bowel movement ko, eh lagi ko pa namang problema yun dati.
tapos yung 4green capsules, nakakapayat din daw at nakakaglow ng skin. pwede gawin facial mask. pansin ko kuminis face ko nung una kong itry yun
