Hi sino po nakakuha ng st lukes baby bag? Enough na po ba siyang pampasyal or do I need to buy another baby bag? Maganda kasi yung anello functional

My OB is Dra. Margaret Cristi-Limson, I think accredited sya for maternity package.

I have the list of OB accredited by the package of st lukes. Also i have the list of rates st lukes package for 2018 normal and CSD. Plus meron din ako rates ng regular package ng hospital only  Normal and CS excluded fee ng ob, pedia, athesthesia depende sa pf rates nila.

Hi Sis I still do not have OB kamusta si dra gergen dizon sa st lukes global?. Ask ko if lagi ba sya nagCCS or kaya naman nya magpush normal delivery sa patient niya? In addition, i have found to have polyps kasi sa uterus ko eehh not sure if okay din sya maging doctor for that. Wala pa ako baby and nagpplan na kami ng husband ko.

Depende po sa list ng doctors nila kung nag paparticipate ng Package sa st lukes BGC.
Pero definitely meron doctors na tumatanggap po na nagpaparticipate

I gave birth at St. Lukes Global last March 28 and had a good experience overall.

Pros:
- You can walk in any time and ask for a tour of the OB Gyne complex and maternity ward.  This helped my husband and I prepare for the big day because we knew what to expect.  The receptionist even walked us through which rooms I would move to and fro during the different stages of my delivery.

- Residents and nurses at the OB Gyne complex are professional and kind.  They respected my desire to go for an unmedicated birth.  Even the anesthesiologist/s who dropped by my room encouraged me when they found out I was doing Lamaze.  (I was scared that I would get mocked, hehe.)  When I eventually had to ask for an epidural because my labor wouldn?t progress after 11 hours, no one made any comments about my ?failed attempts?

- The HRPU (High Risk Pregnancy Room) is clean, private, and allows your husband to stay with you throughout the duration of your labor!  And although they said visitors had to follow a certain schedule, my mom was allowed in and she actually stayed with me the entire time!  No one shooed her out even if she was coordinating with nurses and residents, hehe.

- The nurses at the maternity ward are awesome.  They answered all my questions and took great care of me and my baby.

- Food was quite OK!  Not bad for hospital food.

- There?s a lactation unit at the maternity ward where you can walk-in and ask for help with latching, breastfeeding, etc.  So many lactation consultants charge 1k++ nowadays but this service is free at St. Lukes.  (Also if you happen to be at the hospital for a check-up and need a place to pump or breastfeed, you can also go there even if you?re not confined/checked-in.  They let you borrow pump parts and their breast pumps.)

Cons:
- Just one, actually.  During my stay at the Recovery unit, I developed a fever which required them to monitor me closely before letting me and my baby go up to our room.  It took about 5 HOURS before they could release us and my fever was down at the 2nd hour.  I noticed that the nurses in that unit are short staffed (?) and move considerably slower.  Also, my bed?s emergency call button didn?t work so it was hard to ask someone to help me.

Overall: good service, excellent care by most of the doctors, nurses and staff, and well maintained facilities

Hi, I?m due with 1st baby, a girl in October.....I was hoping to avail the Great Exp package. It should be a Normal birth, not CS.

Baby is a little underweight, but gaining weight, 26g a day for 14 days between scans. Baby was 2160g at week 35. I am small girl too hehe, 5ft 2in around 50kg before being preggy hehe

However, our doc is saying if baby is not at 2300g or over at 37.5 weeks we likely cant go the Great E package, as the birth will be high risk because small baby?

I?m wondering where it states the rules in respect of baby weight being high risk, in relation to the Great E package??

Just because the baby is not an average size surely does not automatically mean its high risk....everyone is built differently.

I wonder if its just a St Lukes ploy to allow less parents to use the Great E package, so they make more money?  Hmmm
