Taga hawak din sakin male nurse and he also assisted my anes when i wanted to stretch my legs when the epid was being inserted. He was the one holding me. Pero he wasnt anywhere near my opening when i was at the delivery room. I remember ob was there plus 2 doctors plus my pedia and 1 or 2 more nurses.

Sis bluish_mommy sorry ngayon lang ako ulit nagbasa after some days. Si Dra. Jing Fernandez ang OB ko, nakamura ako sa kanya kasi hindi na naglagay ng Endo and Neonat on board ang sabi nya incase naman daw magkaemergency may nakaduty na  pwede tawagin kesa isched sila may gawin or wala kasi may PF sila. Si hubby ang nagasikaso ng bill if I remember it right nasa more than 100k din sya lahat. CS package yun kasi 2nd baby ko naman na.

^uy mura ah... considering endo-repro sya, normally mahal singil nila. private room package kinuha mo sis? plano ko rin kasi magpackage, baby#2 din sakin sis, ang alam ko ang package nila is for 2nd pregnacy and up lang eh.

Yes mga sis 2nd baby ko na though 10 years ago pa yung una. Dapat hindi din kame package since yung inlaws ko gusto magstay ng matagal sa room kaso kasi di pwede magupgrade semi private lang pero halos wala namang diff kasi yung 1st day lang kame may katabi then sumunod nung pacheck out na kame sa semi private room. Si Dra Jing actually ang naginsist ng package since may significant difference daw kasi sa hospital bills. Ang hospital bills kasi possible umabot ng 120k pag CS then PF nya is 60k (negotiable) so syempre sayang din naman yun at infainess pa talaga naginsist haha! My husband checked yung delivery daw was 110k nothing more nothing less. Umabot lang kame ng around 140k kasi nag stay pa ako ng 1 day sa regular private room for sugar monitoring and maraming test a day before my operation. Thats all, mura parin right for a CS delivery.

Tumaas na pala rates for CS ngayon.  ^^ That was around how much we paid for small private 2 years ago.

Nagmahal na nga rates ng St. Luke's ah. Gave birth May2014, total was about php155k, net of Philhealth.

- HRPU during labor
- CS birth
- regular private room (3 days)
- preeclampsia during labor so i had 24-hour urine collection/monitoring + magnesium shots (sa pwet! Hahaha!)

^ nope, hindi package kasi first baby. And CS pa. My OB is Dr. Jing Fernandez. She has clinic both in QC and Global.

^uy mura na rin yung P155k for year 2014 ah, considering ang lalaki pa ng rooms sa SLMC Global. with me 6years ago, I paid P150k sa TMC for CS delivery rin, regular room din, pero ang liit ng room as in.

hi. my ob is dra.syki young. nakakatuwa kasi siya pa talaga nangungulit na mag picture kami sa delivery room.. nice experience with my ob

Alam ko no choice talaga but to have a male nurse present.  My concern is the Resident ob which I don't one to be around in case meron.  I will tell my ob about that.  Someone did an IE on me even though I was having a scheduled CS kasi.  There was no need to that, which cause me to bleed every time I urinate.  I got pissed when I remembered that recently though my over all experience at St Luke's was good too. 

Oh and there was an instance lang na mali ang inject ng dextrose so, umangat yung sugat ko and it was painful till the anaesthesiologist saw what happened and fixed the needle.

Hi Sisses! I inquired sa SLMC QC today and below are their latest Delivery Packages, pwede na raw ito for 1st time mothers basta no complications yung pregnancy.


For the Delivery Package, the following are available for 1st time mothers (as long as the pregnancy is non-complicated):

Normal Spontaneous Delivery   
-      php65,800.00 (Ward room accommodation)
-      php68,900.00 (Semi-Private room)

Cesarean Section Delivery           
-      php108,800.00 (Ward room)
-      php112,500.00 (Semi-Private room

Inclusive of doctors' and hospital fees. Prior medical assessment required.

May I know too kung sino ang marerecommend nyong OB na nag-aallow ng maternity package? apparently hindi lahat ng OB ng SLMC ay nag-aaccept ng package... :-(
