qt_yhangskie17 so sorry I overlooked this topic.. Emergency cs ako kasi pagcheck ng water ko 5cms na lang, 40w2d ako. Tapos chineck para mainduce. Pinagcontract test ako for 15 mins. Yung nipple stimulation. Wala pang 3 mins ata, pagtingin ko sa monitor 50 yung heartbeat. Tinanong ko si hubby kung 50 ba yun. Tapos pinatawag namin ob dun, ang sabi pa eh natanggal lang daw sa pwesto. Nung nacheck na hindi pala natanggal. Eh nawindang na sila lahat. May isang ob, iniistimulate ulo ni bebe ko. Yes ulo nya. Hanggang magstabilize ang hb. Hehe kalowkaa ayun diretso cs hmp.

Bakit ganun, I didn't feel a thing after cs.  In fact that same night I was walking towards the bathroom to brush my teeth na and wash my face. 

May promo sila for 2nd baby right?  Sa room lang ba na sharing gun or pwd din sa private?

^ewan ko nga, alam ko mataas pain tolerance ko kainis! Umiiyak ako nung first time ko magpee, that was pagbalik ko ng room from nursery. Iba yung sakit, ang sama sama ng experience ko hehe

Save package is for 2nd baby. 2 bed ward/ 4 bed ward. Wala for private.

Gave birth last May 16 Normal Delivery with Epidural. We paid 109 thousand plus for 2 nights (deluxe private & regular private room). Total bill became 139 thousand+++ when we were discharged last May 20 because baby was admitted to NICU due to Jaundice. All praises to Lactation Department   they will even text you after discharge to check your breastfeeding journey  .

^^ Thanks!  So I guess regular price pa rin ako.  Hindi ko kaya matulog with another person in the room.  Stay in pa man din ang baby.

Hi. Sorry pero hindi na po 'yan ang latest amount. Hindi updated 'yung nasa website nila. I gave birth at SLMC BGC last Sept. 9 and paid for NSD Save Package (iba na din 'yung term-- I forgot) last Aug. 15. July pa lang nagbago na 'yung amount. Sa 2-ward bed nila, from 65T naging 68T na. But I insisted na 65T lang ang dapat kong bayaran kasi last week ng July binabayaran ko na dapat pero ayaw pang tanggapin since I was just on my 32nd week of pregnancy that time. Ayaw sana but I asked for the supervisor, pumayag din na 'yung old rate ang i-avail namin.

Hindi naman kasi kami na-inform na magbabago nang rates effective August plus dapat magbabayad na kami July pa lang pero dahil sa policy nila na "payment should be made at least on the 36th week of pregnancy."

But so far maayos naman ang treatment at experience ko kahit naka-package ako.

I inquired earlier sa SLMC-Global, 65,800-68,900 and applicable na din daw sa first time mom's yung package.  You can choose 4-bed, 2-bed, ward, semi-private.

For the CS, 108,800 - 112,500

Hindi na pala malayo sa small private room.  My sister paid approximately 80k for normal delivery.

So scared right now kasi I have option to do VBAC according to the sonologist after I had Congenital Scanning.  Nagposition na si baby.

^sis, ayaw mo mag vbac? Inoffer yan ng ob ko sa next baby daw. Nako ayoko na ata itry dahil mas gusto ko diretso cs na for the package.. Baka tagain na naman kami sa bill namin. Yun lang may kashare sa rstroom, hassle.. Hehe

@sis nicoletta: Yeah kung kaya naman sa small private, much better yun na ang i-avail. Nung time na manganak kasi ako may nakasabay ako sa room sa 2-ward. Ang nakakainis lang eh 'yung kashare namin sa room ang iingay. Natakot din kasi kami mag-avail ng regular room dahil baka mag-balloon ang bill namin. Nangyari nga na I stayed for 3 days sa HRPU kasi ayaw pa bumaba ng baby ko-- but since naka-package ako, nasa 65T lang total bill namin (bale 63T lang dapat).

Is the rate different per ob? I was quoted by my OB on the following rates:
Normal delivery 130-140k
Cesarian 180k-200k

^ If I may, it depends sa OB din if they allow.  Kelangan kase may contract from OB.

That's what I'm worried about, room-in pa naman baby, if the other baby cries, wala na tayong sleep niyan.  Another way to save is to ask your doctor if you can pay partial in her clinic and partial sa hospital.  If no receipt, no VAT, she can charge lower for her professional fee. Big help naman philheath.

I was considering Vbac just for the heck of it   I felt challenged because my sis was able to pull through without anaesthesia.  Thought maybe I have the same pain threshold.  Apparently, I can't, since I got pregnant right away.  My uterus might erupt daw and it can cause death. Nay!  Nevermind then, CS again

Yes small private in QC.  I know the rates are the same lang naman. Mahirap lang sa Fort, rotation ang anaesthesiologist so you don't know if newbie mapupunta sayo or male doctor.  Sensitive kasi si hubby when it comes to having male attendants/ doctors.  Nurse wala na tayo magagawa.
