Less than a week siguro, tulad nung sa inyo. Pero estimate pa lang yung akin. So far kasi mura yung mga airbnb prices and sa pics maaayos naman. May nakikita akong 1k-1,500/night. Balak namin magtinapay at noodles lang. Tipong dinners lang kain sa labas or lunch. Isa lang sa dalawang yun. Puro sight-seeing lang kami Sa promo fare naka-abang na ako although super tagal pa namin. Nov. 2016

sis simang: 50k per head?! OMG. so di ba uubra yung teknik namin na magbaon ng mga tinapay/noodles then once per day lang kain sa labas at sa backpacker places magstay? shocks!! hindi kami mag didisney or something with entrance fees na mahal ha.. paano ba yung inyo? hotel talaga?

^Went to Tokyo + Kyoto (via bullet train) before, 9 days 8 nights, moderate shopping only and mostly sightseeing, spent around 75k just for me, without airfare. The bullet train by itself was 15k 2-way, and one of the hotels we stayed in was mid-range (mga 8-9k per night ata).

Went to Osaka, Nara and Kyoto just  last October, 6 days 5 nights, cheap hotel, sightseeing only and Universal Studios, spent around 50k i think without airfare. You can really save if you need to, but you'll have to sacrifice some comforts (i.e hotel quality).

^sa amin sis, yun 80k without airfare, 15k yun nakuha namin airfare so in total 95k budget for the honeymoon. Inalis ko na lang yun airfare kasi bayad na namin yun.

Yun budget for crew meal, province ang venue ng kasal, okay lang ba na 100 to 150 ang budget? Or standard na yun 150 to 200?

300k for 80pax reception. Civil rites but we're holding it at La Huerta in Antipolo. So rites and reception dun na.

One third of the budget went to caterer/food. Actually for 100pax ang catered but 80pax lang talaga invited para lang may allowance in case may gatecrashers lol! . Big chunks went to p/v and venue.

Sis dcpdane, 3 days kami naghotel, tas 3 days kami free accomm sa isang family friend. Keri naman siguro yung budget nyo, definitely mas may mura pa na accommodations, pwede nyo try yun mga capsule hotels although di sya masaya for honeymoon hehe.

Actually, bukod sa may mga hindi dumating. nagpasobra talaga kami. gusto kasi namin pwedeng makabalik pa yung guests kung gusto nila.

Sis simang balak kasi namin sit-down dinner since 20 guests lang naman kami. 3 tables 6 each per table. Early dinner kasi kasal namin, so bale may lunch and dinner pa sila?

^sis depende sa timeline nyo sa wedding day mismo. kung anong oras ang start ng preps, ceremony, and reception ang iplot nyo. kung saglit lang ang prep time nyo pwedeng snacks and dinner lang. pero kung maaga kayo magstart baka kelangan may lunch sila.

Oh... we're quite backpackers kasi I highly doubt we'll get a room with that price range Sanay kami sa mga airbnb chenes lang as for Universal Studios, we've been to the one in SG so we're not after it sa Japan, nor Disneyland... Bullet train is a must, as well as temples, nature and more of old architecture sight-seeing peg namin when we travel anddd street food. Hope our budget works!

^^sis, may nabasa kasi ako 6 hours before ang prep time. Eh since 4 pm so start yun 10 am. But we don't have an entourage so siguro kaya na 12 kami magstart.

Question about shouldering transportation and accommodation of guests. Couple ba sagot nun? Sa Baguio kasi kami papakasal. I read somewhere that transportation and accommodation of guests are not shouldered by the couple, unless very generous. But for guests yun. What about immediate families? Based on budget kasi 17% na ng total expenses namin yun kung kami sasagot.

ako din, this is my question. just in case santuario proves to be a huge stress, is it a practice for the couple to answer the transpo and/OR accommodation of the entourage if out-of-town wedding? baka kasi if hindi namin sagutin, maging bulong-bulungan pa. worse, habang buhay yun ang memory nila: inabala namin sila. btw, di ko sasagutin din kasi ang damit ng entourage.

^saan sis yun out-of-town wedding mo? Super layo ba sa place of residence ng entourage? Nag-abay ako sa kasal Tagaytay wedding, ako sagot ng transportation, accommodation and make-up (nagbayad na lang ako dun sa bride) pero sagot ni bride ang gown.
