aside sa contact info, projected cost, actual savings, etc. i also created a tab na parang mini-calendar so i can track yung deadlines ng payment for each supplier pati na din yung checklist ng dapat ma-accomplish/ma-book for each month and prospective schedules ng final detailings.

i created a notebook in onenote para organized lahat. with tabs for pegs and also for comparison.

also, it was very helpful sa amin yung notebook na i got from nbs, it's got a pouch with a ziplock where we keep all the deposit slips for the suppliers, flyers and calling cards.

wow. we're all doing a great job in filing and budgeting. that is a good sign sissies. may e-file na tayo, may hard copy pa.. i love to print my contracts too kahit puro scan lang.. importante may copy.. hirap kasi minsan hagilapin. may mga suppliers lang talaga na matagal sumagot dahil yata super busy, yung contract di pa nasesend til now.

Ang saya magpaka-OC noh? Haha! I keep all contracts and receipts in a brown envelope, scan all of them and upload in Google Drive to make sure that we never lose a copy of any agreement and receipt. Mahirap na.

As for the budgeting, I also keep an Excel file which lists all our suppliers, contact information, deadlines and amount of next payments, schedules for fitting, mock ups, etc., and notes about everything. Haha! I also upload in Google Drive to ensure that I never lose the file.

I have hard copies, soft copies, and phone copies of every document related to the wedding haha! iKasal din ang working document ko na halos everyday inuupdate hehe especially on the budget part.

I just  loved my excel files. Kung sino man ang nakaisip ng Microsoft Excel, brilliant!  Now,  I'm about to hit the 800k mark for 200 pax. Dapat pala accounting kinuha ko hindi nursing.

Me naman, I have a worksheet/book that was given to me by our otd coordinator. All is there na - timeline, budgeting, list of names, what to do, what to bring, what to expect, even list of recommended songs. As in, nandun na lahat! heaven sent!

^di ako binigyan ng budgeting sheet ng coordinator ko but she provided everything else na wedding related. Then gumawa ako ng sariling format for budgeting. And then nung I-book ko din si DTS as event host, mas dumami pa lalo ang excel worksheets ko. Mas specific kase sya sa programme ng reception.

Sis ano nang included sa budget mo? Nasa 250-300 guests naman ang ineexpect ko pero around 800k din ang budget or basta below 1M. Initially, beach wedding sana around Batangas. Pero sa venue palang aabot na ng 300k. Then yung catering pa na gusto ko either Bizu, PC or KbyC so another 300k. Plus yung gown pa.  So malamang sa Manila nalang ang venue. Doon nalang ako magcocompromise.

Included na lahat dyan except our airfaire sis. Quezon city ang ceremony ko then sa glass ang reception in pasig. 200 pax kami with kbyc din.

sis kung beach try mo sa playa laiya... yung binayad ng friend ko dun sa venue is 450 per pax lang...
nasa 70-80k lang binayaran nia dati.. ceremony sa may beachfront then reception sa may covered area

Kaya din lagi sinasabi prepare more for the marriage than the wedding

Mukhang malabo ang 150k budget ko for 80 guests . Kasi Venue and Caterer pa lang 100k plus na. plus 40k ang p/v. We also have to add guests kasi ang package ng Bella Ibarra is at least 150 heads. Hay... mukhang we have to add up sa budget. Although our parents are willing to help, iba pa rin pag kami talaga ang gagastos for our wedding...
