Wedding budget was around 1m for everything

Hopefully not more than 500k for a tagaytay wedding na less than 100 pax. Mas priority kasi namen ang bahay after the wedding so budget wedding talaga. If kaya nga ng 300-400 mas better (what do you think girls, kaya kaya?). Non-negotiables namen ang church, venue, caterer & p/v.

Hi sis ! Upto date nakaka 24k palang kami na gastos hahah.

May extra pa kami 20k baka kasi sumobra eh so inangat ko un budget sa 80k. Sana wag sumobra. Ako kasi ggwa lahat. From church decor to brooch bouquet. Saka 50pax lang kasi gusto ko small and intimate wedding lang.

idadaan ko na lang sa DIY yung iba. HAHA might not get a a caterer from manila (gusto ko pa man din sana ang KbyC) kasi may minimum sila of 100 eh 70 pax lang gusto kong guests kasi intimate ang gusto ko.

Hi fionaapple! Same here, 200 guests kami. Our guest list is nasa 250 pero considering na di naman pupunta lahat, I will cap it at 200-225. Saan nga pala venue niyo? baka same din tayo!:)

We invited close friends lang. We have same set of friends ng college kasi magkakaklase kami. And close relatives. Wala kasi kami ininvite na pareho namin di kilala. Dapat parehas namin kaclose. Sila na din ang ento, photographer lahat lahat na. Wala kasi kami photo and video. May dslr naman ako so may isang hahawak lang nun. I also informed them to take pics using phones nila but pagceremony walang maglalabas ng phones. So since sila yung ento, sila na ang bahala sa mga isusuot nila. less na agad yun sa budget namin. Wala rin kami bridal car, bukod kasi sa nasasayangan ako, magttricycle ako! nagtabi na din ako ng budget for fireworks nasa 4k. Ahehe

Hi sis fionaapple! I thought same venue tayo. hihi! Sa Glass Garden naman kami. I checked Sitio Elena's FB account ah, and their thematic setups are great!:) naku, try to talk to your caterer, usually they tend to have an allowance sa food. Usually nasa 10% of the headcount that you have provided them. Para less gastos on your part na rin. Baka you can peg it at 175 pax lang pero the food they will prepare is actually good for 190-200 pax na, naka-save ka pa siguro ng around 20K which you can use for other items. Sana you can still clarify this with them. Alam mo na, at times like this we need to be frugal to the point na we don't want to sacrifice the value/service. I'm not pushing you or whatsoever ah, it's still your call at the end of the day since it's special event.

Ours is around 700k.. But since we live overseas, plane tickets to and from Pinas are not yet included there, a roundtrip ticket will cost us around 120k. Ouch!

I considered Glass Garden too, before.. Ask ko lang sis, nag ocular survey na kayo? Pansin ko kasi ang dami nilang additional charges and corkage fee.

^sis katsy.m naisip ko din yan. Baka ipareduce namin to 180 pax. Tapos crew meals na lang yung iba.

^Hi sis vitug.anne! They have corkage fee of 30K sa mga caterers na hindi accredited sa kanila. Pero super sulit ng package nila with caterer as it includes the other stuff needed. May additional fee rin for electricity if you upgrade your lights and if you have a band. The fee for this is flat naman at 8K so even though super bongga ng lights mo 8K pa rin ang charge nila.

^Hi sis fionaapple! Pwede nga ring gawing crew meal for the extra pax. Pero based sa mga suppliers na nakausap ko. Mas prefer daw nila ang home cooked food. Balak ko na lang magdala ng hiwalay na food for them tapos endorse this with the caterer.
