Free admission to all National Museums this OctoberThe free admission applies to all ten branches of National Museum and the flagship museums in Manila: the National Art Gallery, Museum of the Filipino People, and National Planetarium.
To those who are avid museum-goers or to those who are simply curious about what a museum holds, here’s an early Christmas gift.
The National Museum of the Philippines opens its doors for free to everyone for the whole month of October. This includes all the 10 branches of National Museum and the flagship museums in Manila: the National Art Gallery (former Old Legislative Building), Museum of the Filipino People (former Old Finance Building), and National Planetarium. The month-long free admission is in conjunction with the celebration of Museums and Galleries Month.

a) The Planetarium is open from Tuesday to Saturday.
b) Schedule of Planetarium shows:
i. 9:00 am – 10:00 am
ii. 10:30 am – 11:30am
iii. 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm
iv. 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm
c) Exhibit/Gallery is from 8:30am up to 4:30pm (no noon break)
d) Minimum number of viewers 50 persons to have a show.
