I am thankful for the joint supplement which seem to have done its work, my knee was able to keep up with training.

Solving that mystery at work. One that has been bugging us down since Friday last week. It's finally over. Woooohooo!!! Now on to bigger fish to fry.
Also very thankful that PAGASA made an accurate report on the weather for Cebu today, so we're not side tracked with class suspension.
Finally, a supportive significant other who laughs at my quests in life on the outside, but truly supports me deep inside.
