Hi sisses! Anyone here who work for ANZ? Meron silang manila hub in makati and eastwood.. Just wondering lang bout their compensation and benefits kung comparable kina dks, jpm, etc. pati feedback on working there.. thanks!

i applied there once but turned down the offer. it was reasonable though, 23K basic. we never got to the point to discuss anything else. it wasn't enough to make me leave my current job.

to all aspiring to work for this company, it's important to know that they value HONESTY. it's at the very core of their company. do not try to hide anything especially during an interview and screening. if you're a CC hopper, tell them the reason why you left your prev companies and write them ALL.

May nagsabi nga sakin na mababa sila mag offer  sa basic considering bpo sya.. Mas mataas daw magoffer sina jpm, at dks..

^ah ganun ba sis. may napplyan ka nang iba? target ko kc australian acct para day shift. saka more on billing or collection post.

^ eto nga sis eh nag-apply parin..since March pa ako nag-aapply 
wow and coincidence naman, collections at admin work ko now hehe aus account din ito..pero ako lang gumagawa nito sa account namin..need ko na maghanap ng ibang work kasi Ortigas work ko but I live in Pque  3k nagagastos ko sa pamasahe every month!!!

may thread na pala here about this bank.  I used to work with an australian company and I liked it hindi stressful ang environment kasi naman diba magsalita pa lang sila mabagal na.  Pwede kayang mag walk in sa kanila?  I saw a job post as collections officer sa website nila I wish malaki ang offer.

Eto ba yung may office sa may ortigas area? I know someone working here. And based sa mga kuwento niya, they do value honesty during interview pa lang. And they're planning to expand daw.

I applied online on their website. fortunately, they contacted me and scheduled me for a phone interview but it never happened.  tried many times applying here but still no respones. mukha namang maganda ang ANZ and thanks kung paano i-pronounce ang name hahaha I'm currently looking for my first job. Just a fresh grad at nawawalan na ako ng pag-asa  ang hirap maghanap ng work!

Hi sisses.. I think medyo strict lang when it comes to calls.. May training and stuff kasi yun.. Pero yung ibang positions like banking ops hindi naman..

Yung office nito ay sa libis.. Not ortigas.. If you get in may shuttle services sila from their makati office to libis office.. Libis to cubao.. 😊

Ang alam ko ang walk in lang nila e for calls na positions eh.. Other than that taleo talaga.. Weird naman kung nagsched tapos hindi na tumawag.. I suggest you send a text to follow up na din.. Baka lang naoverlook.. Ang alam ko kasi mabilis magfeedback yun..
