Based sa PEP article na nabasa ko, the night of the 'rape' started in a bar, where KA apparently saw this person(Mr. Rapist), na 'kakilala sa showbiz'. So I'm assuming, based on her kuwento, na hindi nya katrabaho. Otherwise she would have said it was someone she worked with, and not just a kakilala. But tama si sis xtine, only KA can say who it is - if, she'd reveal the name that is. That is up to her though, discretion nya - I just wish she would, with her speaking out about empowering the victims and all, about 'breaking free' - it would be most empowering for other victims, if she comes out and names that public person-rapist, and make sure he is convicted. It will show them that even the mightiest, the most influential, can be made to face their crimes too.

Pero going back to CL - well, he's still at fault. And from what I saw sa page ni Tony Calvento, he and Zimmer are going to be transferred na to Taguig City Jail, so yey! San kaya si DC? Mas magaling magtago? Or less aggressive lang ang NBI sa paghahanap sa kanya? Hmmmm....

I don't think it's Vhong N too. He may be popular but he is not very rich and powerful, especially 9 years ago.

I hope Kat Alano just discloses who it is. I know it is her right to keep her silence but since she's revealing things this way and it's making news anyway, eh go on with it na. If she wants to advocate her case, then go all out. Otherwise, people will just think that she's just another girl who cried wolf.

i dont know her side of the story pero ayoko rin naman paniwalaan na si VN yun. sana nga pangalanan nya na lang sicne he already splurge some of the info so why not spit out everything. eh ganun din naman yun.baka sumikat pa sya lalo pag nangyari yun at mas magkaroon pa ng justice yun nangyari sa kanya.

If it is Vhong who raped her, why not go out and file a complaint? Eh she brought it out in the open na din naman. Plus, why would she be afraid of Vhong? Sorry ah, pero I don't see him as a powerful man who can manipulate the law.

I feel for KA, syempre sino bang gustong ma-rape. I just can't bring myself to understand why she talks about it and yet she refuses to name her attacker. What's her purpose? What's her objective?

I think kaya hindi masabi ni KA sino yung guy is pwede syang masampahan ng kaso. And then she'll have to prove she was raped. And parang ang hirap patunayan. If you watched her interview medyo malabo kasi yung mga pangyayari.

9 years, walang medico legal. It'll be a case of "he said, she said" and her word against his. Kaya mahihirapan sya i-prove kahit mag-file sya ng complaint and she might end up getting sued ng libel pa. It's all about evidence and does she have any? Unless there is a witness talaga.

The way I see it, KA is just being very smart kasi look what happened to DC and RC. Kaya sana sa iba hinay hinay lang to judge others kasi maybe, somewhere, somehow, a real rape victim has been cowed into silence just because look at the publc reaction when one cries rape. Pansin ko pa an sa mga balita ngayon, tv patrol etc, since the VN issue, wala na ata nagpa file ng rape?? not sure, but dati kabilat'kanan ang nagpa file at pati na din ang rape slay issue. This rape issue is really a sensitive issue but so many have turned it into a celebrity chismis issue.

It does seem like Mo and Kat were referring to Vhong bec she never mentioned the latter in the whole confession episode of the podcast. Ang dali lang namang sabihing hindi si Vhong yun to help clear his name, and that Vhong's case just triggered something in her. Pero hindi niya ginawa, which makes it all the more suspicious.

Just a theory- Could it be possible that Vhong really had a tendency to do those bad things? Word got around and Cedric found out about it and used this to extort Vhong with Deniece as a bait?

I really hope it's not the case because although Vhong is a playboy, he didn't deserve to be beaten up almost to death. Besides, Cedric has had several instances where he beat up people so he deserves to face he music.

Tatawa tawa siya sa tv but for sure coping mechanism lang niya iyan. Although I'm still afraid for the lives of everyone involved. Knowing Cedric, gaganti at gaganti yan. Hindi man ngayon kasi mainit pa mga mata ng tao sa kanya. Pero for sure, gaganti yan sa future. Hindi din matatahimik buhay ng mga tao, mas lalo na ni Vhong, knowing you and your loved ones' lives will still be in danger for the rest of your lives

Re Deniece, so asan na nga ba sya? If sina Cedric nga, nahanap sa isang maliit na bayan sa Samar, bakit si Deniece, hindi pa makita? Naku, sa totoo lang, baka pinagtuunan na rin yan ng galit ni Cedric.

I know for a fact who raped Kat and it isn't Willie R. I'm really glad that she finally came out even if she hasn't named the rapist. But if you know people in her circle, they all know who it is and they are very very angry with that person. They have know about it for a long time na even before the Deniece-Vhong issue came out.

I just pity real rape victims like Kat who are judges, insulted and called names because of people like Deniece

i listened to the podcast and kat alano said she doesnt know deniece, she doesnt know cedric and that she has nothing to do with any of their cases. she conveniently did not mention vhong's name which can be interpreted as a way to pinpoint to him. it is not doing vhong navarro any favors that this happened. mahirap mapagsuspetchahan. i think if it isn't vhong, sana naman kat will say something like "hindi si vhong". she doesnt have to say who naman. but because she said this case triggered something in her and she doesnt mention vhong's name, it isnt surprising that it plants an idea on people's heads that he had something to do with it.

^Tama sis.  Actually, if Kat has already said she does not know Deniece or Cedric, why not add "and I know vhong but I wasn't talking about him".  If she knows that vhong isn't her rapist, why is she letting people speculate that its vhong.  Kawawa naman si vhong, nagiging scapegoat (kung hindi naman pala sha). 

I hope she sets herself free by putting the rapist in jail.

ako ay hindi fan ni VN pero 9 years ago ang rape then walang evidence, witness or even medico legal? hmm.. mahina ang kaso mo ateng! (just saying).. baka matulad siya dun sa isang rape victim na years narin ang nangyari pero di niya matandaan kung kelan or araw siyang narape.

ang sa akin lang kasi (dahil girl din naman ako), mabigat na kaso ang rape. so if it happens to anyone, the sooner you report it, you'll have better chances to receive justice. mas maigi nga kung nagpa medico legal ka pa agad or may lumabas agad na mga witnesses. usually bata or family members na rape victims ang hindi agad lumalantad dahil sa kahihiyan at dahil na rin siguro karamihan sakanila ay minors. pero pag mga matatanda tulad ni DC or KA at hindi nila relative yung gumawa sakanila nun, paabutin mo ba talaga eto ng madaming taon bago maglantad??

hindi ako abogado ah pero sa korte you need hard evidence/witnesses din to prove your allegations. otherwise, magboboomerang sayo yun. agree ako sa isang sis ditto na its going to be a case of "She Said,, He Said". chances are ibabasura lang yan talaga ng korte.

^Sabagay sis.  If Kat alano will name her rapist at wala sha proof dahil hindi sya nag pamedico legal dati, pwede pa shang makasuhan ng libel. 

So I sympathize with her.  It seems kahit na gusto na nya isigaw kung sino ang rapist nya, divulging the real perpetrator would mean a lot of things like calling her names (malandi for going to bars, etc) at the same time, they will try to challenge her to prove it, else libel nga.

Hindi ko masyado alam ang story niya before but meron ba siyang naging issue kay Luis Alandy?

If totoong na-rape siya, i will support her 100% percent... no questions ask.

Pero if is shes going to finger point an innocent person, its another story.

Kawawa nalang ang mga totoong rape victims sa Pilipinas kung may mga taong ganito.

She should have went to people na pwede siyang matulungan. Of all people si Mo Twister pa! Eh siya nga ang suspect kung bakit kumalat ang video nila ni Rhian. And wala ding respeto sa babae yang si Mo.

I dont want to pass judgement, pero kung totoo man na-rape siya. Dapat pagbayaran ng rapist ang ginawa niya kay Kat.

Ito ang result ng pagsisinungaling ni DC at ng babaeng baluga, nahihirapan mag open ang mga totoong rape victims.
