I have long birthday vacation this July. Gusto ko sana Baguio kasi 4yrs ago pa ako nakapunta jan. Kaso maulan kapag July and first time ni hubby mag long drive to Baguio. Ano ba yun route na pwede namin daanan?

^May brochure akong nakita ng car rental sa Baguio when we stayed at City Center Hotel. Sayang, di ko matandaan yung name sis.

malapit sa terminal ng bus (victory) may tourism help desk. super bait nila and honest. maybe you can ask them. yung nasakyan namin na nagdala samin sa recommended hotel nila, may binigay na business card if ever gusto marent for a day sila.

@ava garde Marcos kayo dumaan sis. May ginagawa sa Kennon ngayon so kahit passable siya, maraming na-stuck dun because of the construction. Mabilis na rin lang ang byahe if NLEX-SCTEX-TPLEX ang route nyo.

We will have our Team building there this coming Sept.5, excited much ako because this will be my 4th time to visit Baguio. Last 4 years ago pa yung last punta ko with my ex...

^^wag ka ng kumuha ng tour package sis,. Baguio is very convenient in terms of transpo papunta sa mga tourist destinations. And maraming taxis naman na affordable ang price. Yung iba kumokontrata na lang ng taxi para sa malalayo like bencab museum.

May mga sample itinerary dito and must try restos so backread muna. Romantic pa rin ang John Hay area though mejo naging crowded na because of the call centers.

You can also stay sa side ng Leonard Wood. Check PNKY and nearby inns and lodges. Maraming magagawa sa side na yan like Ketchup food community, visit St. Joseph church, my favorite branch of Volante, Wright Park and  The Mansion.

We were scheduled to go to Baguio today with my family and brother-in-law's family but unfortunately we will not push through.  Grabe daw maulan sa Baguio ngayon kaya sayang lang ang bakasyon pag nakakulong ka rin.

^^sis ellie, where did you stay in baguio? super nahihirapan ako maghanap ng ok na hotel since the last time i visited the city was in 2008 pa ata.

mga sis, help me out please? saan maganda mag-stay pag ang budget mo for a room is 2,000 per night at yung medyo ok ang location, yung serene ang place, yung wala sa main road ang location?

Boyfie is in Baguio again. LDR na naman ang peg pero the good thing is...for sure, I'll be back in Baguio soon! I super  miss Baguio!

I super love baguio, It's so calm, the fog and cold. My boyfie is also from there LDR din kami hehe mostly ako yung umaakyat kase feel na feel ko talaga ang weather nila doon and ang outfit winter kung winter. just please don't wear heels kase more on lakad sa baguio. If only may work for me there mag stay na ako hehe
When i first went to baguio i had no reservations sa hotel, no idea where i was going basta decided ako na pumunta. Ok din naman kase when i got down the bus i walked till sm then sunod sunod na ang mga hotels and houses na pwede mag rent.
For those asking about sa hotel, the one i tried na is the bloomfield hotel just across sm baguio nasa 2k din per night. for me ok naman sila may wifi, room service, hot water, free breakfast at malinis and ang lapit sa lahat i just tawid pa sm then walk pa session road.
For the transient houses kase i found them looking like sa mga mot mot dito sa manila na parang pang short time (sorry ha mejo maarte ang lola) kase hehe just bring your own blankets nalang and pillows kase hindi maganda [textspeak!] provided. pero there's a lot of them there na mas swak sa budget some rooms nasa 400-700 per night then common restrooms, always ask if may water heater cause the water there is freezing cold. and always do room check para makita ang rooms before mag book. well if you just need a place to sleep and shower then mas practical na transient house.
One thing i want to try is the bed&breakfast places ang cute kase nila. Next na akyat ko i will try mag ganoon their set up is totally different kase mas cozy.

Aww, miss ko na din ang Baguio, ang tagal ko na din di nakakabalik.  I miss the cold and the fog and the food there, ang sarap magjogging tapos magbreakfast on the deck and watch the city wake up.  Ang sarap mag-usap under the stars while sipping hot cocoa, ang tahimik and peaceful kasi.

same sentiments here!  Medyo namimiss ko na rin ang Baguio since almost 6-hours lang sya from Manila. Namimiss ko na mag-food trip dito! Daming kainan na wala sa Manila. That's why I make sure na di ako kakain sa kahit anong fast food pag andito ako.

Mga sis, dun sa mga nakapunta na ng cafe by the ruins, which is better? We go there during lunch or dinner na lang? We don't wanna go for breakfast coz we already have free breakfast at the hotel. Any suggestions girls?

Hi Sisses,

I'm searching for a place to stay in Baguio for 3  nights with my bf.   May marerecommend ba kayong hotel na hindi sa downtown area pero still  accessible sa mga pasyalan?  Labo ba mga sis? hehe... sorry...

My ideal place to stay sana is a hotel na pagbukas mo ng bintana ng room ang makikita mo e nature... and at the same time, accessible sa mga restaurants na hindi maingay ang paligid.... talagang relaxation lang ang habol namin   Hindi kami magdadala ng car e, so commute lang kami.

I already checked BCC and Manor medyo expensive e..

sarap sa Baguio ngayon kakagaling lang namin last week, hindi crowded, pero konti lang mabibili nyo and medyo pricey ang gulay at ginto din ang strawberry hindi daw kasi panahon ngayon , medyo maulan din given na yun.. Nag stay kami sa Holiday Park Baguio lahat halos ng hotel dun naka promo, sa City Center 2.1k ang rate per night pero pag nag stay ka pa ng 1 night libre na wala nga lang breakfast. Sa Holiday Park 1.5k a night with breakfast ang regular rate is 1.8k without food. Plated lahat. Lapit ng Holiday Park sa Good Taste 24hrs sya hope this helps
