Glad i found this topic. Mga sister enlighten me please. Bad ba ko or im just being reasonable.

Here is the story:
Maaga nagkaanak parents ko ako yung bunga nun.  I think 19 years old sila nun then nasundan ng isa pa.

So ayun nagkagulo na.

So ayun na. Nagkapamilya sila. Never syang nagimg tatay saken as in never.

Unlike any other kid, hindi ako nagrebelde or what.

So ayun nag aaral na sila.

Gusto kasi nya sustentuhan ko sila as im buwan buwan. Gusto nya paaralin ko yung bunso nyang anak. Eh ayoko. Ang bigat sa loob ko gawin yun. Parang whaaaat? I feel so betrayed, alone and galit na galit ako. Mali ba ang decision ko? Am i beimg selfish? Please i need your help mga sis. Thank you

dahil may pagka maldita ang attitude ko,, tell your father straight to his face na "You were never a father to me, and how dare you to give me your responsibility for your other children? " Ganun ka prangka. all you have to do is to say it. magalit man siya sayo. say it parin para lam niya kung san siya nagkulang sayo bilang magulang. hindi masama tumulong sa pamilya mo at sa mga kapatid. ang pagkakaiba lang eh, hindi naging pamilya ang trato nila sayo based sa naikwento mo. yes, unfair nga naman sayo yun.

Naku sis, if I were you, magpapakalayo-layo na ako. I will work abroad. I will give that tita of mine my diploma and say "oh yan, tita, sayo na pinag-aralan ko." lol. tapos sa tatay ko, sasabihin ko, anak mo kong naturingan hindi mo nga ako pinag-aral. tapos ngayon, i-oobliga mo akong akuin responsibilidad mo? don't push me baka i-demanda pa kita ng child support (syempre panakot lang yon lol).

sabay flight mo na dapat kinabukasan. larga na lol. but I will still keep in touch dun sa lolo. the rest of them, can kiss my a$$.

you owe a good life to yourself dahil nagsisikap ka ng maayos. and you don't have to answer to any of them. sabihan ka na walang utang na loob, fine! keber. hindi mo sila kailangan.

malaki ka na, they do not own you nor control you.

Haaaaay im glad i found the right page with right people. As in ang bigat lang sa loob ko kasi wala namam akong friends in real life as in wala.

Sya pa may ganang magalit saken. Grabe.

my friend's sperm donor is like your fathers. and i feel really really bad for her.

nung nabuntis siya nung guy, he just dropped her like she's a hot potato. ang malungkot pa nun, even yung mother nung guy, tinatago siya sa friend ko. nung nanganak siya, tinext siya nung sperm donor niya ng "congratulations." ang galing di ba? parang kaibigan niya lang yung nanganak eh. >:(

now the problem is nagkaroon ng sakit yung anak nila (brain tumor). kailangan ng brain surgery so kahit ayaw ng friend ko, humingi siyang tulong dun sa guy. nagkita sila, at anong reaction ni guy nung makita yung anak nila? "ang cute naman ni <insert kid's name here>." yes, parang yung sinasabi mo sa anak ng kaibigan mo. ganon lang. tapos para sa brain surgery na aabutin ng libu-libo, nag-abot siya ng 3,000. take note, that's the first and last support that they gave for my friend's son.

everytime i see my friend trying her best to raise money for her kid through different organizations, di ko talaga mapigilan ang sarili ko na mainis. same group of friends pa sila ah so everytime nagpopost sa FB yung mga friends nila about sa paghingi ng tulong sa anak nila, nababasa niya yun. pero wala pa ring pakialam. ang galing galing galing galing niya. bwiset. >:(

Kinukunsinti nya talaga sis. Alam nya yun.

Sis sassy gal, ang galing din ng lolo at lola mo for being able to raise you.  Sad lang lumaki ka hiwalay sa mom.  Have you attempted to find your sis and mom again?

Sis momentum, thanks for your sharing your story. Grabe, my ex kasi is a habitual liar at hanggang ngayon in touch parin sya sa mga anak ko. People normally say it is best for the children to know their father or for the mom not to cut the children's ties with the father.  I personally think it is otherwise if the father has no morals or whatsoever.  But I am not sure YET. Parang I don't have the heart to impose to my kids NOT to contact or ignore their father.  Pero at the same time, nakikita ko rin ang possibility na puede mangyari sa kanila ang dinadanas mo now kapag grown ups na sila.

The father right now would call once in a while (maybe once in 3 months) or kung kelan lang nya maalala. Tapos magp promise that he will visit, do this and that, and everything di naman nangyayari.  But the kids are still hopeful. Bakit kaya?  Paano to make them realize that their father is such an *sshole not to be trusted?

Magpapasikat. Feeling good father. Tapos mawawala na ulit na parang bula. Tapos later, susulpot na naman, and the cycle goes on. Oo, I am guilty before, kasi when we got married, I put up with his lies hoping he will turn around one day. Pero it never happened hanggang sa napuno nako.

Tsk talaga :(

Talaga?  I think for people like that,  pasalamat na tayo kung magsisi man sila or kung ma realize nila ang magnitude ng negative consequences ng mga pinagagagawa nila.

Hay sis Girltalker2, matagal ko ng kinikimkim ito, thinking if I should share my story or not to ask for advices..hanggang sa ito na nga, hindi na nakayanan and I needed to hear other people's opinion aside from my mom and sis

Mas pinakamahirap at masakit din ang ngyari days before my dad left. hindi ko na muna shinare dito kasi I needed to take a rest from it first and tried not to get too depressed..kasi talagang I got hurt  :'(

Nung Sunday na yun na tinext niya ako na nasa Bicol na siya at babalik siya a few days after he will leave for the U.S, talagang nagalit at nasaktan kami, pero more on ako ata ang pinaka-naapektuhan..kasi amongst us 3 eh ako yung madalas na kinakausap ng papa ko. I wanted to text him but I am bad with saying what i feel when I am angry, I felt na baka I will push him away more if I was the one who composed it. So my mom composed a message to him na parang it came from the 3 of us, I agreed sa mga gusto niyang sabihin and I added what else she missed out on. We sent the message using my mom's number and got no reply. Days passed..a week passed..then 2 weeks passed wala ni isang pirasong textback. I assumed he is very angry. he did not bother to find out why I did not reply din sa tinext niya.

Days before he left, my sister contacted my father's sister. asking what will he do with the maleta that is with us and that my dad can pick it up and they can meet half-way with my sis..he tells his sister that he doesn't need the maleta na raw. wow, talagang wala siyang balak ata makipag-kita na at gesture na parang galit na talaga siya

I then texted him, asking him what did we do wrong, why didn't he want to see us anymore and that I hope he wont ignore my text. I got the shock of my life sa mga rineply niya, I really didn't expect it.. the gist of it is that he HATES my mother. He asked why is she always dominating our conversations each time he visits us here..why was she at the airport with me..he said he received a long text from her (yun ang tinext namin) and he didn't even bother to read it all..he only read the last part which said "goodbye (name ni papa". he said why is she saying goodbye to me? and that he had said goodbye a long time ago to her already and that he doesn't want to be anywhere near her in his whole life..he said that seeing her only reminds him of the "injustices" she did to us in the past, especially to me. he said we could have been in the U.S long before we were 18..that his family doesn't like her..he said that this has been building up since his last 3 visits but my mom can't simply take a hint. he said he can even die at peace even if they do not make amends or whatever, basta ayaw na niya makita, makausap etc si mama..at wala rin daw itong right para makipag-communicate sa kanya or send text messages to him

the painful part is that my mom is clueless about it. she has been civil to him all this time para lang samin. yun pala eto ang nararamdaman ng papa ko about her

I just can't believe how unkind, how yabang and how highly he thinks of himself na siya pa yung galit eh siya rin naman dahilan bakit sila naghiwalay at bakit wala kami dun. I replied to him na bakit hindi nalang kayo maglearn to forgive each other na! na past is the past na and cannot be undone, and that we kids suffered enough because of your separation, pati ba naman ngayon na reunited tayo eh mangyayari pa ito? I said why can't you guys just be civil, why there should still be HATE between you both. just accept the fact that both of you had each of your own faults and that pride and miscommunication played a very big role why kayo nasira and that we kids had to suffer coz of it

I tried my best to convince him or at least make him think about it first before deciding like that. i told him that you should have told me before you came that this is how you really felt about her, para hindi na nag-effort si mama para sayo and that this would not happen. again, kami nanaman yung nasakripisyo dahil sa pride ninyo. but HE IS AS HARD AS A STONE. he said no one can influence him and he is just a stubborn sob daw..he is in a point in his life that when he doesn't like someone, he will stay away from them and hindi siya mapipilit. eh ano pa ba magagawa ko kundi tanggapin na ganito na nga? he just said his main priority now is to help me and my sister and that it breaks his heart that he was not able to spend time with me this trip (yeah right.thanks to his shitty pride)

so ayun, I only told my sis about it, and my close aunt in the U.S... I DO NOT DARE wanna tell mama. I cannot imagine what she would feel and how she would react. Ayoko ng isipin kung ano man yun, nasasaktan lang ako when I think about it. Tanong nga siya ng tanogn sakin kung nagtext ba or nakausap ko pa si papa before he left..I just told her hayaan nalang natin siya. Sa ngayon, papa said when he visits he will just stay at a hotel and not in our house anymore, para hindi na niya makita si mama ever  :'( ..oh well...wala na ako magagawa..just go with the flow nalang talaga

You're on the right track MOMENTUM -- just go with the flow henceforth.  To be happy, do not expect.
You will be fine. All these heartaches will make you stronger.  You're a very intelligent woman, you will overcome this all.

SASSY GAL...   Sh1tty logic... You will pay her back by being your father's fund generator for his bastards? LOL.
See, if your illogical aunt put you through school, well thank you! BUT you are not duty bound to pay her back--   do you have a loan contract?   Actually, tell her -- she should collect from your father what she advanced for you --  he has the obligation to provide for your basic needs -- food, clothing, shelter, education.

Sorry but -- ang kapal mukz ng  father mo.  Tell those illogical siblings:  you are not a carabao.

^ thank you sis Aquacharly, your comforting words really help a lot
I guess I am just really hurt about how my dad feels about my mom, parang I am putting myself in her position, hindi ko maimagine ano mararamdaman ko. Kaya I don't really wanna tell her. Problem is when my dad visits again, paano ko sasabihin na wag ka na sumama? Or maybe it is better to hide from her nalang when we meet up para hindi siya magtataka bakit hindi namin siya isasama  :-\ :'(
Bahala na..will cross that bridge when I get there  :(

^ sis, I am not sure I understood anong pinaghihimutok ng tatay mo. And he can always tell it nicely if possible na huwag na kasama mama mo because we are not yet in good terms. Sa kwento mo, he does not to be rational or sane.

Next time he visits, if ever, I did not expect him to stay with anyone of you, out of delikadesa. Marami naman siguro syang ibang puedeng tirhan, ibang kamag anak nya or hotel.

Sigh. Parang kelangan sapilitang confinement against every temptations.
