Oo nga e, nagdadalawang-isip kasi ako about my dad and brother's winter clothes, not sure kung enough na for them, nanghihinayang naman ako bumili ng down jackets sa Philippines kasi in my experience mas thicker at mas mura sa abroad hehe... anyway kailan ang alis mo sa December and have you gotten your visa, if you don't mind my asking...

yup! got my visa already and will be there 1st week of December. I will be wearing a trench coat lang muna hanggang airport. Mainit pa dito sa Manila. Tapos yung buble jacket i'm planning to wear it at Nami Island. Happy vacation to us

Hi sis, my friends did the DMZ tour March this year.  I was the one who arranged it for them via dmztours.  I sent an email lang a week before the trip and they responded on the same day.  Payment is at Lotte Hotel na on the day of the tour, just re-confirm the reservation lang a day before your chosen schedule.  I didn't go coz I have my 5 y/o daughter with me, dapat 11 y/o and above for children to be allowed to join the tour.

kumusta ang visa approval statistics these days?

Not sure how's the turn out of visa applications lately but we got ours last week. We're given 3 years multiple entry. It's our second time to apply for visa. The first was last Nov 2013. Good luck on your application.

Hi there mga sis.. I have forwarded my requirements for korean visa.. Just abit worried bout my bank certificate kasi 50k++ lang sya.. Okay lang ba yun? Complete naman ako sa requirement like itr, coe with my annual income of 200k++ plus incentive if 300k++.

^ sis, my friend had 30K in his bank account when we applied for visa and he was approved. Dont worry too much, as long as your docs/req'ts are complete.

Hello! We may have different profile pero based on what I read from other forums(pati dito) as long as complete docs ka and they can verify your details ok na daw un. May nagsabi naman na dapat ang money sa bank is dapat align din sa magkano nakadeclare sa ITR mo but you know speculations lang naman lahat yun embassy lang makaka alam so tiwala lang hehe. good luck

^sis abbeydasassy: Yes, you should bring thick jackets especially if you're lamigin. The temp when we were there last year dipped to as low as 0-2degC. Sooo cold! I packed winter clothes back ten kase lamigin talaga ako. The thermal wear helped a lot. Oh, don't forget the gloves!

^sis, depends on your tolerance to cold. Pero if I were you, I'll bring na lang to be sure. Kung wala naman, you can buy when you're there na. If I remember correctly, first snow last year was Nov. 18.

mga sissies, yung T money card ba, 1 card per person? pati ba kids meron din dapat? sa china and singapore kasi, free pa kids ko (7 and 5yrs old) sa bus and subway.

mas okay pa din magpapalit na dito ng KRW, kaya lang nagkakaubusan daw ng KRW ngayon, so no choice din. if may makuha kang KRW mas okay.

Deadline ko sa sarili ko bukas kasi nauubusan ng ok na flight sched at hotel. Tokyo na napili ko kaso mag aasikaso na naman ng visa, if seoul ticket at hotel na lang.

^feel ko sis stormy sobrang laming dun ng Dec. na try ko lang is third week of Nov and 2nd week of Feb ng winter nila. 3 layers kami nung Nov, while yung Feb kinaya naman ng 2 layers.
