For me mas gusto ko Everland

^sis Esor, I agree! Ang Ganda nga sa everland. When I went there, summer. Okay kaya dun pag pa winter na? I'll be there on Nov 20. I can imagine na ang ganda ng leaves nun kasi autumn going to winter na, pero hindi ba ako maninigas sa lamig nun? Hehe. like if I were to ride the roller coaster?

Sis itsnikimendoza, madami akong nabasa na feedback na Lotteworld is more pangbata, kaya if I were you, everland din instead of lotte

I love Everland more than HK Disneyland because of T Express.  If not for the long lines, uulitin ko sumakay sa T Express.

^^best is to go to gangnam and take the bus from there?it'll take you to everland in about 45mins. Tumayo din kami sa bus dati until may mga bumabang passengers. Same bus and route on the way back

^korek tayuan sa bus papuntang Everland, siguro agahan mo na lang para maka upo kayo. 30 minutes din kami nakatayo nun, then dun sa shuttle na kami naka upo

Ok naman rates dun sa money changers sa tapas ng prince hotel, a few steps away from Sejong Hotel. Pag akyat mo from myeongdong subway dun na. 2 yun so choose Yung better ang rates. Pero other sisses might suggest other money changers. Di na kasi ako naglibot to look for money changers.yun lang Yung closest na nakita ko

Ask ko lang sana if you would suggest the seoul city bus tour. around 500 pesos lang for hop in / out for 27 stops namely - Gwanghwamun-Deoksugung-Namdaemun Market-Seoul Station-USO-Yongsan Station- The Korean War Memorial Hall-U.S. Army Base in Yongsan-Itaewon-Crown Hotel-Myeongdong-Namsangol Korean Town -Sofitel Ambassador Hotel-The National Theater of Korea-Namsan Seoul Tower-Hyatt Hotel-Tower Hotel-Shilla Hotel -Dongdaemun Market-Daehakro-Changgyeonggung-Changdeokgung-Insa-dong-Cheongwadae-The National Folk Museum of Korea-Gyeongbokgung-Arrives at Gwanghwamun.

Can I allot half day of our itinerary with this? and ano pwede isama na place if ever pwede pa madagdag dito? Thanks in advance po BTW our trip schedule is on Nov 11 na.. thanks

^pwede yata online. Pwede din sa may gwanghwamun, may ticket stall sa may sakayan ng bus.
^^ actually! I would suggest yun! para di pagod sa kakasubway. better siguro kung ayusin mo Yung itinerary mo based on the route of the bus para sulit. I would not recommend Yung Seoul City bus Night Tour. Yun ang in avail namin last time, pero hindi siya hop on/ off. Straight na driving tour around the night spots of Seoul for two hours. hindi worth it at natulog lang kami sa bus haha

pero makaka baba ka naman at makaka pag picture nun last na punta namen hindi kasi namen masyado na enjoy city tour sa seoul. myeondong lang nakabisado ko hahaha

1 week kami sa SK mabilis naman intindihin yun train system nila ayun nga lang gaya ng sabi ng isang GTer dito easy pero nakakapagod

Masarap lahat halos natikman ko na food nila kaso wala ako naitry sa mga tinda sa Myeongdong umuulan kasi hirap mamili pag may kasama na bata. Puros korean bbq gusto ng anak ko tapos mister ko puros kimchi fried rice. Gusto ko tikman mcdo food nila ayun tuloy once ko lang natikman mcdo wings sarap pa naman.

Mababait ang ibang Koreans lalo na mga oldies pero mas marami ang hindi lalo na sa pila.

3 yrs binigay na visa sa amin kahit 1st time namin nag-apply kaya next time pwede nang cebu pacific piso fare liliit na ang gastos.

Got back from our 6D/5N Korea trip last Saturday,
Thanks to sis esor for answering all my queries here in this thread and even on PM. thanks sissie!

Flight Manila-Incheon is thru Airasia Zest, I booked last Dec 2013 for 5K. No baggage nor any add-ons.
Blessing in disguise na rin yun mga flight changes ng Airasia (2x) kasi we were able to request for re-booking to extend our trip for free. Aside from the 80USD compensation we received na we used to buy baggage allowance + inflight meals. tee hee!
Flight was smooth and was able to arrive earlier pa.

ACCOMMODATION - stayed for 3N at NAMSAN GH3 in Myeongdong and 2N at Backpackers in JEJU CITY INN at Jeju Island.
Both comes with free breakfast. Ok naman naging stay namin on both accommodations, but I prefer the one in Jeju City, I don't know, I find the people there more accommodating and friendly. And I like their free breakfast more! In addition to the IPAD per room (wala kasing TV)

WEATHER - start of autumn, tolerable pa ang lamig, I just wore sweater/scarf sa Nami Island. The rest I just brought my denim jacket lang. A bit gloomy for the whole duration of our stay in SK. Some scattered rains sa hapon at gabi.

TOUR - DIY style the whole trip. Commute lang lahat thru bus, taxi and subway both in Seoul and Jeju Island. I downloaded the JIHACHUL apps for their subway system. Super helpful. You can bookmark routes you need to save. Apps will show/guide on what line to take, where to alight and even the fare rate. As expected, napaka dali magcommute thru their subway, although madaming lakaran but I really appreciate their transpo system. Nakakainggit para sa Pinas!

Day1 - Arrival in Incheon. Travel to Namsan GH3
             Rest. Myeongdong Church and Namsangol Hanok Village
Day2 - Travel to Jeju Island c/o Jeju Air. Check-in Jeju INN
             Travel to JungmunTourist Complex - Jusangjeolli Cliff, Alive Museum, The Seaes Hotel Resort
Day3 - Seongsan Ilchubong Peak.
             Should have went to Seopjikoji kaya lang it was raining na in the afternoon.
Day4 - Travel back to Seoul. Went back to Myeongdong Church and Namsangol Hanok Village
             Have to cancel N Seoul Tower kasi it was raining/cloudy in the afternoon
Day5 - Nami Island
Day6 - Gyeongbokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village
             Flight back to Manila 9PM

Booked a trip coz may piso fare sa cebu pac. Been to seoul 3x na so after seoul, we'll go to busan. ano ba ok puntahan in busan? Ilang days kaya dun para mahati namin stay namin sa seoul and busan?

^ thanks sis! And yes. Madali lang magcommute sa Jeju. Matagal lang ang byahe but the view from the bus is definitely pangtanggal inip. tee hee!.
Bitin ang Jeju namin, hopefully makabalik next year together with my mother.
