Hi Girls! has anyone tried hair coloring services in Beautylounge.ph in Ortigas? How was it?

^ Not familiar.  Meron shampoo that colors the hair just as well as going to a salon.  I will look for it, japanese brand siya and i have seen a colleague na gumamit, covered ang white hair.  Less than 400 bucks.

Revlon makes my hair dry...L'oreal lang ako hiyang...wanna try those Korean brands...ok ba?

Hi. Just want to share a DIY that I do for my purple hair. I have pastel purple hair and this is what I do. (this DIY can also be used to tone brassy/blonde hair)

What you'll need:

- Gentian violet (I bought mine online kasi walang gentian violet sa Mercury Drug or Watsons)
- Cream Silk conditioner (or kahit anong conditioner, kahit yung conditioner sa Watsons na white pwede na yun)
- mixing container
- hair colouring brush

Steps:
1. Lagay mo conditioner sa mixing bowl
2. Lagyan mo ng mga 2 drops of gentian violet yung conditioner (IMPORTANT: if you're using this as a toner make sure na hindi sya dark mga light purple pwede na, if you're using this as hair colour then tantsahin mo nalang kung gaano sya ka-dark)
3. Leave it for about 15 mins
4. Wash it off and you're done.

If you're going to use this as a toner, I suggest yung generic Watsons na white conditioner yung gamitin mo kasi mas maganda consistency nun. Pero if you're going to use this as hair colour then pick a white conditioner na medyo thick yung consistency.

P.S. google mo nalang yung gentian violet if you're not familiar with it

I want the hair color of Daenerys/emilia clarke sa got, can anyone recommend a salon na kaya ma-achive ganyang hair color? I think it's platinum/white blond? Push ko talaga ang color na yan haha

^^ Ok yung suggestion mo sis thatgirlinterrupted na gentian violet ah.  Ako naman I use food coloring, either blue or violet, to counter brassiness tapos either halo sa shampoo or conditioner or in both.

I tried DIY coloringbefore kaya lang di gaano kumulay sa hair ko. Brown lang naman yun at
as in sobrang black ng hair ko.. btw..

Ask ko lang paano ko ba i-bbleach ang hair without damaging it? Posible kaya yun

^Anong brand at anong shade (?)? Pag black kasi tapos dark brown or brown lang, hindi talaga masyado magkulay. Pag black nga, tapos blonde dye (Revlon, hbc, L'oreal, etc), medium brown lang effect

Ano gusto mo maachieve na kulay? Try mo search Liese (P550, 1 box ok na kahit mahaba hair kasi bubble dye), or Palty (kaso drying)

i dont think dry shampoo helps with color fading sis. it's more about preventing oiliness. maybe you're referring to a toner/blue/violet shampoo to prevent oxidizing of blonde hair?

I use dry shampoo in between washes.

Pag everyday daw kasi mag shampoo lakas maka fade, which is true.

I have violet hair and nung everyday ako nag shampoo, ang bilis nya mag kupas.  So i explored the option of using dry shampoo para di ako everyday mag basa ng hair. 

Ang cool ng suggestion about Gentian Violet!! Now I have to find a seller!!! Sana super effective niya... If ever, laking tipid nito sa salon!! =)

- Hair: chest length, hindi naman masyado makapal. Medyo dry
- Dyed last Dec 25 2016 (DIY, L'oreal excellence fashion 5.13 Ashy nude brown)
- Current color: more on yellow yung pagka-brown
- Aim: Ash brown

Hehe, yes.. Nagagawa ko not to wash everyday kasi I work from home tapos aircon naman sa room.  If aalis, aircon rin naman sa car.. So I guess ok lang if hindi napapawisan.

Pero pag nag grocery ako or mall na matagal then mejo lakad lakad sa initan.. hindi talaga keri.. hehe

Hi Sis. Just wanna ask some insight about hair coloring. I just gave birth last Jan. 7. Mixed feeding mom here.

I want to have my hair color to be done on Mid April this year. Is it possible kaya? Are there any side effects? 3 months mahigit pa lang ako nakakapanganak nun. Sino po kaya dito ang may experience like this one?

^ ako din sis, I plan to color my hair + rebond + treatment but as soon as I give birth or at least before binyag which is likely 2 months at most after manganak.
Curious din ako if safe ba.
Although when you google about it, safe naman daw but of course we want to be sure din diba.
I'm still pregnant but I'm already dying to get my hair treated & colored, irita na ako sa buhok ko.

It's safe to have you hair be treated after giving birth, based from experience. When I gave birth, I got my hair treated after 2 months before going back to work.

i did color my hair around 4 to 5 mos after giving birth. Ok naman na im exclusively breastfeeding pa nun. My baby is now 9 mos and nagcolor na uli ako. DIY lang pero ok na rin. I used Liese bubble hair color. Ok naman magcolor sabi ni pedia basta after mo manganak..

Thanks mga sis! Push ko talaga, before binyag ni baby and uwi kasi kami sa province ni husband by May this year din. Para naman hindi losyang dating ko. Hehe.
