i love my new hair color. not too brassy with no orange tones, i used Revlon's Colorsilk Dark Ash Blonde #60.

So I've always had my hair colored Ash Blonde but for the longest time I've been dreaming about having red hair. Not bright red but dark red like Melissandre the red priestess from Game of Thrones so I decided to color my hair myself. I picked the color Flowerines Red by Bremod from the local horataleza here and it was a huge mistake because that shade is actually a super dark red brown. I actually made my Ash blonde hair darker.

I went online and found out that Vitamin C mixed with Head and Shoulders can strip hair that's colored dark accidentally without bleaching. I used a product from the States before called "Color Opps" but it's not available here so I used the Vitamin C method.

Grind up some Rhea vitamin C into a powder and mix it with enough Head and Shoulders to create a paste. Lather it onto your hair and let it sit for an hour and Voila your bad dark dye job will be washed away. Repeat if necessary and do not worry it won't ruin your hair for it isn't like bleach. It also gets rid of semi-permanent hair color like Manic Panic or Arctic fox.

Anyway I'll be going back today to get some true red hair dye. I'll also get a vial of Epsa Liquid Cellophane and I'll mix it with my conditioner to maintain the color. I also got Shine moist cellophane in Ruby for my every two weeks touch up. Red hair is super hard to maintain, it's expensive to maintain but with the right tools and knowledge you can maintain it. Fake it to make it lol

^I've been actually thinking about that kanina pa pero just a deep shade of red eh happy nako without damaging my hair. I'm glad the Vitamin C method saved my bad dye job and buti nalang may local hortaleza dito aside from the Hair Dyes they have really inexpensive hair treatments too that come in vials.

Epsa liquid cellophane mixed with my everyday conditioner I'll use to keep the color vibrant.

I've always wanted to try out new hair color, my first and last was when I was still a college student. My problem is I have a lot of white hairs. I'm worried na pag kinulayan ko, pagtubo ng hair puti na lahat, que horror. I've seen this happen kasi. Hindi ko yata kakayanin yung maintenance - cost and time wise. Do you have any suggestions?

15 to 20 pieces then crush it till powder na cya mixed with mga 2 sachets of head and shoulders basta enough to make a paste. Lather on damp hair and wrap with cling film or plastic. Leave on for an hour. It gets rid of 80 to 90 percent of the color then repeat if necessary. After you rinse your hair shampoo 3 to 4 times kasi yun yung mag rerelease ng bonds ng dye and mas matatanggal yung color pag di na shampoo ng mabuti pwede lumabas ulit yung color na natanggal.

anyone knows the shade of red nung hair ni lily collins sa mortal instruments? i checked other sites ang sabi deep brown auburn daw and when i checked the deep red auburn almost same lang sila. i want to dye my hair for the first time.

May nabasa ako na henna wax color is safer than the traditional hair coloring used by salons. Ano ba pagkakaiba nun?

Good timing ako since the topic is coloring hair red. Just bought l'oreal the other day, the shade is pure spice power. It's sooo red, and i am hoping i'll achieve the red-ish hair that i want. lol for a change lang. i have always been dyeing my hair brown eh, nakakasawa. Hehe

yung na try ko lang ay yung henna hair color ng lush. Bar sya kaya sobrang mabusisi ang madumi yung application kasi nakalat yung crumbs ng color pag nag dry sa hair. Yung result nya ay walang pinakaiba sa ordinary hair color. About sa safety ng hair, not too sure about it dahil wala naman difference sa result. Anyway hope this helps.

I always dye my hair ng brown shade. Pero yung last, revlon light ash brown, daming compliments even my foreign classmates sobrang nagustuhan nila. Di yun orangey brown. Parang mestiza lang ang peg haha

dami din may gusto ng red ngayon!  this is my next hair color. Lagi ako brown eh. ash brown yata yung last na ginawa sakin nung nagpa cellophane ako pero reddish siya. this time I want it permanent.

I had my hair colored last week, free application kasi sa HBC dito sa may Sta Lu Cainta, I spent 550+ for 2 tubes and treatment. Tawny Blonde yung shade pero it came out brown which I really like and andami ng nag compliment sa hair color ko, asking kung anong kulay daw, eh dati naman deadma lang pag bagong kulay ako. Haha

maganda , 3 mos. din nag last. nasa shades of brown and blonde lang din hair color ko noon. walang orange at yellow na lumitaw sa hair ko nung ginamit ko ito.
