Anyone knows how much hair coloring sa bench salon?

Dun sa mga nag DIY hair color, meron ba kayong iniispray sa hair after rinse ng hair color para maglast at hindi gaano magfade yung hair color after several washes?

grabe. pano na lang kung wala ka palang dalang pera, I mean yung dala mo is enough lang. Pano kaya yun, baka kalbuhin ka sa Hairshaft, haha!

Sobrang galing ba mag-upsell, as in hindi makakatanggi? Grabe ang 24-30k ha. Too much for hair make over. I heard (and read) Studio Fix by Alex Carbonell does good on hair coloring (and styling) too, mas mura pa sa kanya. Depending on what he will do to your hair, pero it can go as low as 3k. Balak ko nga magpa-book sa kanya mismo eh.

On topic, gusto ko rin magpa-hair color. Kaso ano kayang maganda for morenas? Ayoko ng masyadong light, baka hindi bagay.

Mapapahiya ka nga lang kapag nagmukha kang walang ibabayad. 24-30k is too much. Nagpa-quote friend ko sa Emphasis Salon, around 6k, shoulder length, I find it reasonable enough kasi maganda din mag-color sa Emphasis. I don't know Jing Monis rates, but they are GOOD. He personally trains his staff. Magaling mag cut and style si Alex Carbonell, pero di ko pa na try magpa-color sa kanya.

24-30k sis?! Oh my. I'm planning to have my haircolor done here pa naman for the New Year. I'm already expecting the price to be steep, but not that much. Buti nalang I went to this thread first.

forget about Hairshaft sis. Patay-sunog ang eksena ni Fred. Ang bilis nyang nilinis ang pangalan nya. He simply replied with a formal statement, posted it in FP and in his IG acct, then blocked all IGers na nag-bash sa kanya.

Try the other salons na na-mention ng iba.

Toner ba tawag dun sa minimix sa hair color pampawala ng brassyness ng hair? It comes in blue, purple or green. San nakakabili?

Mga sissies! I am panicking... I went to the salon to have my hair dyed...I dyed my hair light brown/medium blonde last september so now I wanted it to have a darker shade so I chose a dark brown shade...tapos after it was applied napansin ko dark as in parang black [textspeak!] chemical sa hair na ineexpect ko medyo brown dapat...pero I ignored it lang thinking baka iba lang produrct nila..tapos after narinse..sabi nung ibang staff dun sa parlor sa gumagawa sa hair ko bakit may green daw..sabi naman nung stylist sa lighting lang daw yun at baka dahil sa dating color ko...

So after that I went home, thinking na baka nga sa lights lang at reflection yun..tapos napansin ng housemate ko na green hair ko...dun na ako nagpanic.

I don't wanna go back to the salon na kasi baka mamurder lang lalo ang hair ko. So I googled the remedy, the net says ketchup will do the trick...Has anyone here used it before?

Well, clients will just have to learn how to say no. We can't be constantly complaining through social media for every little thing that happens to us.  Naisip ko kasi if it were me, I would be adamant talaga about my budget.  Normal lang naman talaga to have irritation sa mga chemicals/ gamot.

Hi Mikewazowski! I remember seeing richenna henna hair color sa shelves sa SM Hypermarket before. Sa pagkaka-alala ko less than P400 yung price nya dati. I'm not sure lang if Hypermarket still carries it. But, kung may malapit na Hypermarket sa inyo, try mo na din. Hope this helps!

Sa mga gumagamit ng hair color sa HBC, every ilan month kayo nag-retouch ng color? Pansin ko kasi mabilis mag-fade. Parang after 1-2 months nawawala na yung color.

Being the kuripot person that I am, hindi ko maatim yung idea na gagastos ng libo for a hair procedure. Kaya pag gusto ko ng kulay,   DIY ako.

I've used Etude House Bubble Hair color 4x na, kasi convenient iapply. First 3 times ko, hindi masyado naging successful, hindi masyado kita yung color. Pero itong 4th time, boom! Kita na sya at I received compliments pa.

I used the Sweet Orange variant.  Second time ko na to ginamit. Siguro, naging factor yung fact na 6 months apart yung pangkulay ko, using the same color kaya umepek talaga this time.  Isa pa, I followed yung procedure na two applications ang gagawin. Shoulder length lang naman ang hair ko kaya sa isang bote, kayang hatiin.

Yung ginawa ko is, I applied as usual sa hair ko yung form, making sure n may natira pa, then I left it on my hair for 45mins. I rinsed, applied half of the treatment conditioner, then air-dried my hair.

Tapos, once dry na yung hair ko, i applied the remaining foam sa bottle and left it on my hair for another 30mins. Then I followed the same routine.

Ang result: Success!

I did not shampoo my hair for 3 days but pag naliligo ako, i used conditioner/Opal.  After 3 days, shampoo na ulit, pero i always condition after. Ayun, hanggang ngayon, vibrant pa rin and walang dryness.

Split pa din, gusto ko talaga ng jet black hair. Pero kung ahiny at sobrang healthy lang. Prefer ammonia free. Any idea?^^

^^sis, how did u do it? I mean, twice na ako nag DIY, actually my tita applied it sa hair ko. Pero laging hindi pantay color bra-length hair ko..

So i bought hortaleza hair color sa HBC, mix ng 12%, tapos she applied it, unang lagay sa roots muna (since i previously had my hair color sa salon.. ngayon lang ako nag cost-cutting :p )  so babad ng 30 min sa roots then kinulay na nya yung remaining hair then babad again for 30min

Sa first week, ok pa, until unti unti nagfade yung color (which is ok w/me) at lumalabas na yung hndi pagkapantay. Bale 1inch from the roots, ok color, then after that mga 2 inches a little bit darker then after that, ok na kakulay na ng roots yung remaining of the hair.

Pero this one more obvious sa left side ng head ko.

So naisip ko since hindi naman experienced tita ko, after a month, pinacolor ko ulit, sa HBC ako bumili (yung ammonia free), free application sila, so i guess may experience naman tong si ate HBC, kaya medyo confident ako.. Kaso after a week ulit, ayan na lumalabas na yung obviousness, same case nung una..

Hindi naman tinipid yung gamot, kasi may sobra pa nga nung una and yung 2nd time na i tried DIY.. Pero bakit ganun hindi pa rin nagpapantay?

Kung i will buy sa HBC ulit, then have it colored sa salon near my place for a fee (php350 when i asked), hesitant ako baka same effect din..

i really like the color sa HBC kasi if sa cheap salon ako baka ibang brand gamitin sakin and i wont get the hair color i want.. Please help!

ok.. i know i wouldnt have this experience if sa magandang salon ako pupunta or sa dating salon na pinupuntahan ko., but then i really want this DIY hair color to work on me...

^^ @mikewazowski, you might want to give Etude House Bubble Hair Color a try. Alam ko, may black color din sya and it's also ammonia-free. May Etude House yata in Sta. Rosa.

^ @honeybunny, yung ginagamit ko kasi, Bubble Hair Color, kaya parang pag-shampoo lang din ang pag-gamit sa kanya, unlike cream-based hair color that you have to partition your hair to apply. I just make sure that covered lahat ng hair ko ng bubbles para pantay.

^^sis how about yung sa roots na darker than the rest of the hair? Papantay ba sya if i use yung bubble hair color?

^ may nabasa ako sa isang blog, nagwork naman yung Bubble hair color, pero dapat 2 applications. Kung maiksi lang yung hair mo, kasya naman yung product sa isang package for 2 applications. in my case, shoulder length, kumasya naman, medyo madami pa nga yung nagamit ko for the second application. Basta, ibabad mo lang ng 45 mins for the first application, then sa 2nd application, 30-45 mins.

pero sis, depende rin siguro yan sa condition ng hair mo. Pero, for me, at less than P500.00, it's worth the shot

Ako din, DIY is not for me it seems. Di rin pantay magcolor. Haha! If shampoo style ako na gumagawa, if not nagpapa-apply ako to mother dear. Kaso ganun pa din.

Mga sis after ng cellophane, gaano katagal before okay na ulit magpakulay?

What po shampoo or pwede iapply sa hair para maging soft and smooth sya. Naging dry na sya dahil nagpa blonde ako last year hay super sira na sya mga sis.

Hi Jamann! Try mo yung Opal 1 Minute Hair Treatment.. I'm using the orange one (Deep Nourishing) pero madami din dito sa GT ang gumagamit nung Pink (Deep Repairing). It's less than P200 kaya hindi nakakahinayang bilhin. Available sya sa SM Hypermarket, and probably other SM stores and Watson's siguro. Give it a try
