^^ I love Eat Street! Nakakagutom!!! I was hoping yung mga food trucks dito sa Pasig and Makati ganun ka-sarap and unique, but sadly not impressive.

So many cancellation announcements, more to come in the coming week coz it's the Upfronts.

I love, love watching Surviving Jack & Enlisted. I liked Tomorrow People and Carrie Diaries. So, I'm bummed these shows are gone.

Were you watching any of the cancelled shows? I was, except for Revolution and Rake. Those gone were some good comedies, sayang.

^ There's a general sentiment (not here, but with US viewers) that Agents of the Shield did not live up to expectations, especially during the first 10-13 episodes. A lot of people were banking on it being really, really good, but it was mediocre. In fact, it wasn't even gonna matter so much to the fans (of Marvel, including the comics and movies) if it got cancelled.

But it stays. Kasi the franchise needs it. Pang-milk ng moooooolah heheh. Agents of the Shield will even come up with a new spinoff show (if you can call it a spinoff), yung Marvel's Agent Carter for Fall Season. Sana naman they will make this one better, and also improve S2 of Shield rin.

On the other hand...at least natapos ng maayos yung Tomorrow People. Sort of. Medyo may closure.

CANCELLED: Dracula, The Crazy Ones, Friends With Better Lives, Bad Teacher, Intelligence.
RENEWED: The Mentalist, Cougar Town (final season).

For this batch, wala akong masyadong feeling na nasayang ang show. They were interesting, but not something I'd invest watching for a long time. So, okay lang.

Currently watching: ROSEMARY'S BABY. TV remake. Show started today. Not expecting a lot. Kung hindi lang malapit sa puso ko si Patrick J. Adams eh.

^Ay, start na pala ang Rosemary's Baby?! Sana may madownload na hehe. Ang taas ng expectation ko sa movie dahil sa hilig ko sa mga horror/thriller/mystery/whatever pero hindi ko talaga sya naappreciate. I think it's just me. Sana ok tong remake nila. And I also like P.J.Adams hihi.

My gulayyyy, I just saw the trailer of Constantine waaaaaahhhh! My favorite DC character. The Keanu movie is also one of my favorites (kahit medyo malayo sa comics hehe). I was so happy and excited until I realized it's on NBC. Bakit hindi na lang sa HBO or Showtime agggghhh! Please don't suck... please don't suck.....  *repeat a million times...

^^ Jonad! Jonad! Jonad! Wahahaha. Nakakaawa din siya minsan pero irritating talaga. I'm so in love with Veep. Bakit kaya hindi siya nananalo ng Emmy for best comedy? Howell. Baka manood ulit ako ilang episodes later. Nakahabol na ako.

Orange is The New Black - Finishing season 1 and I love this show!
2 Broke Girls - Pag masyado ako nabibigatan sa ibang pinapanood ko, I switch to this for laughs
Rosemary's Baby - Will start pa lang, because I loved the movie.
Bates Motel - May Season 2 na pala, haha at least madami na akong dapat panoorin. I missed Norman and Norma
Hannibal - Currently on Season 2, akala ko I can take gore and sensitive scenes, pero sometimes masyado ng too heavy for me.

Sad na di renewed ang Tomorrow People. Tsk tsk! Crisis din.

Mindy, pag di ko napanood ang season 8 ng 24, di ko magegets ang Live Another Day?

^ Not exactly. Just google some of the main characters like the US President, his daughter and si Chloe. Those are the only ones so far --- dunno if may mga old characters pa na susulpot --- with ties to the past seasons.  But the new show's story is easy to follow kahit hindi mo napanood yung mga dating seasons. It was intended that way, they did the show na hindi mahirap mag jump-in to watch yung mga hindi nanood ng 24 dati.

Will give you a bit of backstory na nga:
* Chloe - kasama ni Jack Bauer sa CTU (the counter-terrorist agency they worked for in the past), kakampi niya yan through and through. Magaling sa computers. Jack relies on her so much sa mga missions. Now, she's a hacker running away from the gov't, and no longer an agent. And she has changed. It will be explained bakit on this new show.
* US President - dating Defense Secretary nung agent si Jack (Season 6 or 7?). They have good history together.
* US President's daughter, Audrey, and part of the Pres' staff rin - dating girlfriend ni Jack. In the past seasons, she was tortured by terrorists because of Jack, if I remember correctly. They parted ways pero ito lang yung mahal talaga ni Jack (after his wife, of course).

^ sis, thank you so much. etong mga characters na dinescribe mo, natatandaan ko pa talaga. season 8 lang ang hindi ko napanood. but i plan to watch season 8 before ko panoorin tong season 9. si Kim, wala na? pinakatanda ko din yung season nila about sa parang deadly virus. etong series na to ako nagsimula, then nahook na ko sa mga USTV shows

I will miss Jonathan Rhys Meyer kung ganyang cancelled na ang Dracula.  Sayang, maganda pa naman ang story the last few episodes

Not surprised with Bad Teacher getting canned. Ari is a good actress typecasted na nga lang sya as a happy go lucky chick. Mas evil yung character ni Cameron in the movie. Sana ganun din sya sa tv. They started her off as someone desperately looking for a mate so the set up for other things parang hard to veer away from. Theres only so much you can do with it siguro kung kasing smart alecky nya si Coach Sue on Glee it would be funnier.

Stopped watching Surface after finding out that they ended this abruplty ala  Lost.
I liked the Crazy Ones sad that this got cancelled. Di kasi universal humor ni Robin Williams he  appeals to a certain group and probably age bracket baka wala na sila makuhang product placements hehe kung realitistic din naman na ad agency sya they can't put competing products in.

I so want to like Carnivale pero ang bagal it was a bit a pain to watch the first episode just how slow Walking Dead is for me.

Twisted and Masters of Sex are my current go-to's.

^ I've been meaning to watch his new show! Masilip nga minsan.

If anyone is interested, new series Halt and Catch Fire is streaming on Tumblr first before its debut on TV in June. Access is USA only, I think. But those outside USA, you know what will happen and where to find it in a few days. The drama series is about the evolution of personal computers and its industry back in the 80's.

Speaking of the computer industry, I am enjoying Silicon Valley immensely! Really like the vibe and the comedy! Ang ikli lang ng show for being half-hour.

I also recently watched the finale of The Good Wife. FANTASTIC ending to a weird year! Eagerly waiting for Season 6. 3 1/2 months long ang pag-aantay.
