^napanood ko nga yung swimming video nya sa IG... i was surprised, di ko alam na ganun sya  kagaling lumangoy... and even surprised to learn that she's a varsity player of Uste... nice!

yes sis. ano yung movie nya with aga and jake cuenca? may scene dun na nag swimming sya. ang description ni jake dun parang isda yata. na sobrang still ng water while shes swimming.amaze na amaze sya dun.

I think bagay pa din naman siya sa Darna kasi she lost weight na. Mukhang strong ang body ni Angel. Hindi waif-ish na lampa. And ganda ng arms niya sa IG pic above.

Tuloy daw ang shoot ng Darna this year, accdg to Erik Matti. Other than that, wala pang update. Busy si Angel sa pagto-tone ng body nya.

She really has one of the nicest bodies on Showbiz. Kahit nung medyo nag-gain sya ng weight, she still looked sexy, siguro dahil sa aura nya, and she has that 'gift' of a small waist and big boobs so kahit medyo lumaki arms or magkabilbil konti, beautifully curvaceous pa din.

Oh and that face, even without makeup fresh na fresh pa din. She seems like a really genuine person too.

^ yep sis! may mga nabasa ako before na posts ng ABS fans na isa si Angel sa mga mabait na artists  sa 2(ilan sa nabanggit sina Juday, Sarah, Maja, Kath etc).

Nakakabilib lang yun posts re her workouts. Nakaka-amaze. Excited na talaga ako sa Darna!  sana gandahan talaga ang effects!

Payat na ba talaga si Angel? Parang medyo natabaan pa ko sa kanya o baka sa tv lang siya mukhang medyo mataba pa din. Ang di ko gusto kay Angel malaki pa din braso niya, lalong lalaki yon kasi nagbubuhat pa siya ng barbell. Ako kasi nung nagpapa payat concentrate ako treadmill, huli na ko nagbuhat kasi lalong nabu-build yung muscle ko sa braso kakabuhat. Anyways alam na nila yan hehe, ayun lang naman gusto ko pumayat konti yung braso niya para mas maganda.
