Usually per square meter ang charging ng design. Average is 1,000-3,000 per square meter. I know a starting design studio na minimum lang charging nasa 500-800 per square meter since nga nagsastablish palang sila but the designer already has a lot of experiences working with small/ big projects and other professionals too. Meticulous rin sa details and adventurous but functional sa design depende sa gusto mo considering the budget. I think their not that expensive because since starting sila they're still building their portfolio pero licensed. You may check DBDesignstudio.biz for your reference. ^Hi sis, can you please enlighten me about what interior designers/decorators do? yung rate ba na 500-800 per sq. meter eh kasama na yung mga furniture recommendations? pano kung may kelangang ayusin, how much ang quote dun and mga ilang days usually bago matapos ang let's say 20 sq meter na apartment? 2 storey and 1 bedroom? sorry sis ang daming tanong

It already include recommendations for the areas that needs fixing. A design for a 20 sq. m can be finished in a week. It can also run for months depending on the complexity of the design.

Hi everyone. Kaka-turnover lang kasi ng unit ko last week. I'm still torn if I'll go for DIY or get professional interior designers. Any advice?

Meron din ba kayo mairerecommend na interior designers? Mahirap kasi makipag-transact from someone na nakita mo lang sa FB and other online sites. Malaking halaga din kasi agad DP na binibigay.

We got design service for some parts of our house (he's an architect with experience sa designing) during the Finishing stage.
Nung nagstart na mag Finish, medyo nahihirapan na kami ni hubby sa color scheme so we were considering na to get help that time, but hesitant kami kasi mahal nga. Yung deciding factor namin was when we're having problems with the kitchen layout kasi me poste sa gitna at hindi na namin alam gagawin O_O
Rate niya is per room/area, hindi per sqm. We ended up na ipadesign yung kitchen, dining, living, master's bedroom and bathroom, at exterior ng bahay. Design lang since me contractor pa kami nun. Ok naman, mabilis naman at maganda yung design. na-execute din naman ng contractor namin yung iba hehe

Hello mga sisses. Ask ko lang kung pano kayo nakahanap ng contractor na gagawa ng mga renovations nyo? And may mare-recommend ba kayo na maganda gumawa pero hindi ganun kamahal? Gusto ko sana yung kaya na nila gawin lahat para isa na lang kausap namin.
Yung kaya sana in terms of flooring (tiles), wall (accent tiles), ceiling at mga cabinet sana.

Meron kaya nito? Kasi yung ibang nakikita ko, paisa-isa lang ang ginagawa nila.

Look for Sol Ceramica tiles at Wilcon Filinvest. They have a wide selection of floor and wall tiles. Price range is at 250-500 php.

pag pina design po ninyo yan at 800per sqm mga 32k sa design fee then yun mga gagastusin depende kung ano yun gusto ninyo but gamit po lahat ng space walang sayang, sa ilalagay like modular cabinet ba or pagawa kayo ng mga cabinet yun mga furniture and furnishing na gagamitin . Maglagay po kayo ng budget na 120k sa pinaka simple ...pintura tiles and mga cabinet
normally aabutin yan ng maximum of one month pag may budget kayo.
Then sa mga furniture at appliances pag bago lahat mga 300thousand ang gagastusin.
