Now reviewing options kasi gusto ko sana Insurance and Mutual Fund ipagsabay. Haha

Sis, ang investments mo baka hindi makuha ng beneficiaries kapag nadeds ka; ang proceeds from life insurance diretso sa kanila ;)

Pwede magbigay ng link for an ebook re mutual funds?

sisses, any of you opened a PEFI for their child?  did you apply for ITF account or did you put them as Beneficiary instead?  I'm looking at the form, I'm not sure if I should put my child's name as Primary investor if it's an ITF account..  if yes, where do my details go then, co-investor?

i'll call them up tomorrow but maybe one of you can answer.  thank u!  :)

Sis ako. im using metrobank online banking to top up my fund in FAMI.

^^

For the ITF Account:
1. Account name for ITF account must be Primary investor's name or/and Co-investor's name ITF beneficiary's name.
Example:
Mary Santos or/and Jose Santos ITF Cloud Santos

^thanks sis! Gets na :) though ang plan ko, walang co-investor so it will be me as primary investor and my son as beneficiary with ITF as account type. I plan to get 2 of these for my 2 sons.

I will also open a PDYF, me as principal then hubby as beneficiary.

I am getting both of them separately :) The insurance should be able to cover estate tax for my investments. Ang dami lang kasi options for insurance (term, whole life, VUL plus different providers) so undecided pa.

Kung ang purpose ng MF is for Kids education, ano ang magandang account, ITF or Joint-"and"..

Kung dalwa kids mo, i would recommend, 2 accounts din.

^ Oo nga. But I prefer sana thru COL na lang pero ang tagal nila i-open and MF Supermarket nila. Maganda sana kasi para same platform na lang stocks and MF/UITF plus wala daw Sales Load. I just hope it's worth the wait.

So mas advisable ba to wait nlang for COL to offer the Philequity (if you have COL account) than apply personally to Philequity office?

I'll see kung ano ang difference and kung ano ang pros and cons nila.

March na wala pa din MF sa COL. I pulled out na from FAMI and BPI to consolidate sa PEMI. I will go ahead and send the forms directly to PEMI next week pag wala pa din news this week sa COL.
