^i agree with you sisters! We also chose a male emcee for our wedding. I paid only 3,500. And i did not regret it because he was able to do everything that we asked of him and was able to give the kind of hosting treatment that we wanted for our reception. No sleazy jokes, no cheesy intros but only simple but appropriate acknowledgements for our PS. No sleazy games, only clean fun.no baduy music for the games.

Wow sulit male host mo whoever he is! I paid a bit more for mine pero same criteria---not after a party host. More formal/ classy, aka ATOM UNGSON hahahaha sya talaga perfect peg ko of a male host. Although i hear RJ Ledesma is good as well.

Portia Trinidad was our wedding emcee.  I just love her to bits!  Kasi wala akong binilin (my restrictions) na hindi nya nasunod.  She is really after my comfort during the day

czarina1987, we got DTS as our host. the reason why madaming raves kasi  siguro she used to be a coordinator, kaya she knows the flow of the event. super precise nya, professional, articulate at presentable (you'll see naman her photos, she dresses appropriately) and  i love her workbook that she sent me..

Halos pareho kasi sila ng style sa hosting, both are very eloquent. Advantage ni Ms. Darlene in my opinion is she has more experience.  and advantage naman ni Ms. Rio is singer din siya

Hi sis! First post ko to after my wedding last april 2015 busy kasi e. Anyway, we have the same options sa host, but i ended up getting Ms. Rio De Guzman because mas magaan ang loob ko sa kanya. Wala ako nun digital frame na sinasabi mo, bago lang siguro yan. Sa hosting videos palang ni Ms. rio na impress nako, lalo na on the day of the wedding, super galing niya talaga, she also sang 2 songs for me as a gift daw. il be doing a suppliers rating with details for all my suppliers by next week siguro for now il give 10/10 for Ms. Rio De Guzman

sis lyr3hs if you're having 2nd thoughts on DTS, you can schedule a meet up with her, sa amin pumayag siya kahit hindi pa namin siya nabbook. we went to one of her wedding gigs to chat a little and watch her during the program. bilib kami talaga ni h2b and booked her right away.

Di ba sya nakaka intimidate sis (in a good way, if you know what I mean) I know she knows what she's doing talaga so sometimes im afraid to ask questions coz she might find them too dumb to ask pa LOL!!! Ang sarap nya kasing tanungan kasi sagot agad and maayos kausap sobra.. very reliable. We had a skye meeting pa lang.

Sis rienny25.. this is after ko syang ibook. Nanghingi sya ng skype meeting after ko isend initially yung workbook then we did a run through of things. She gave me some advices and ideas too. The meeting was last Feb.

^Sis xsugar, DTS no longer does OTD coordination. Brides just feel like they have another coordinator because she is very organized, approachable and knowledgeable about weddings. Even if the questions are beyond her work as a host, she would nonetheless answer in a prompt manner.

sis honestly medyo na-intimidate ako at first because she looks mataray and so pretty pa. pero she's really really nice pala. she's seems very oc kasi and passionate and wants everything done right, kaya may pagkamataray ang dating sa iba. nakakapagtanong kami kahit 'dumb' questions lalo na noon wala pa kaming masyadong alam sa wedding preps. she makes kwento pa of her past experiences para ma-relate dun sa problem namin.

make sure na lang sis to list all your questions and concerns before your meeting. review her worksheet thoroughly and ask questions na prior to the meeting para bawas na sa paguusapan. madalas daw kasi mangyari na hindi prepared ang couple sa meeting so hindi rin natatapos agad yung discussion sa program. ayun, good luck sis belle!! im sure your gonna love her even more when you meet her

Thanks sis bzbee for the tips!! I'll list down all my questions na para smooth ang flow ng meeting.. when we had a meeting through skype nagtatake down talaga sko ng notes which is really helpful.. very nice naman sya saka super dami namin napag usapan in 1 hour.

Next week din pala meeting mo sis belle with DTS? Next week din kami after one of her weddings We made a few changes from the program we did during our online meeting with her before.

Sis caleeice, yes!! On the 19th sis, after our final FT with kbyc, diretso meeting with DTS. it's goin to be a very busy week for us! may few changes din kami sa programme saka may inalis kaming items.. (garter games, etc)
