How much ba rates for emcees?

Ang TF depende yan sis. Some go as low as P3K but some naman go as high as P15K.

sis, missy ferrer quoted me 15k for tagaytay.. that was 5 months ago if i'm not mistaken. missy quoted naman other sissie here 16k..
i think mallory gave me 12k for tagaytay, then the other ferrer sister-host, marj ferrer dizon naman, you can get her for 22k inclusive of otd.
joy catubig is 10k for tagaytay.
madami din hosts na tie-up sa otds, mas reasonable ang rates pag otd+host.

Missy quoted me 16k too (for Silang, Cavite). I guess thats her updated rate na for Cavite/ Tagaytay. Mahal!

Darlene Tan-Salazar can offer a more affordabe rate, and with what I have heard from people, she's really great in hosting as well as giving tips for couples to make their wedding successful. We just didn't have the "This is it" feeling with her, kaya we got Missy instead.

Ooh.. I asked Missy when I talked to her, why there are very few videos of her or other hosts na b2bs can watch, sabi nya, what we can do daw is request for a viewing of how they host during a real wedding. It's not naman daw gatecrashing kasi hindi ka naman pakakainin, pero nasa either likod or gilid ka lang naman to observe how they do weddings. That's what I did last Sunday, I watched her from the soundsystem area. I just had to tell her so she could talk to me and give me a run through of the program while the guests are still having their dinner.

Ay that I don't know. but I think it's fair to ask diba? Kasi that's the only way for us to see how they are as hosts. Kahit na the well seasoned ones, kasi sometimes even if you think they're great when you meet them, during events, it's a different story din. You have to feel them, their hosting skills and the vibe that they set during events.

My brother and very good hs friend will be my emcees on my wedding. Mas masaya yung program kase I know, kilala nila kame and feeling ko mas magiging personalized yun. Mas tipid pa hehe:)

I think yes, you can. dont expect nga lang sis na maaasikaso ka nya during that time kasi all attention sya dun sa event nya.. and the venue or coords of the wedding mismo eh baka hanapan ka ng invites before you can watch..

Another way siguro is to search for a video online. i was able to watch Darlene's hosting vid and she was really great dun sa vid! you can search sa google.. dun ko sya nakita.

sometimes naman emcees dont upload their vids online.. nagsesend sila thru facebook / email.

Nakakainis. The only time there was a mention of Chuck Gacuma here is probably from him or his team themselves. Check the posts of "ayagirl33" and it's obvious. Todo advertise, kulang nalang sabihin na she actually had him in her wedding and he was fabulous.
I hate suppliers who do sneaky things to market themselves. Dude, if you were really good, real brides would be writing about you here and there would be no need for a fake bride to vouch for you.

i just wanted to share my emcee and my experience with her for those looking for one i booked Eva Poon a few months back for my wedding.  she was not my first choice but had to book her because the one we wanted were already booked for our date.  she was the only one left, i was hesitant base on peoples view and opinion of her but i took the risk out of desperation.  i am happy to say, she was the best decision husband and i made for our wedding.  we met with her about 4 times, she can be very opinionated and talk non stop but she is warm and has your best interest in mind.  she was flawless during our wedding and made the crown laugh and cheer.  she even convinced my husband to surprise me with a song! her english was smooth and she enunciated well and her chinese of course was wonderful.  she made my in laws laught and they loved her! i guess we should not believe everything we hear from others

I wonder why Kutchie Zaldarriaga's team banned her then. As in its specifically in the contract that they will not work with her and if the client chooses to pursue they will not be responsible for the outcome. Hmm baka prior bad review..

Try Max Tiu. He's very passionate and veteran na in hosting events. I've encountered him lots of times sa chinese weddings, he's his own translator! At singer pa.

Anyone else we should consider? I am more impressed by male hosts usually vs. female ones since they tend to do it in a more natural way without being too boring, kumbaga classy padin. We really want a classy host with a sense of humor. Budget is 10-25k (kasi if more than 25k then i might as well get the master Max Tiu). Thanks!

Atom Ungson is sulit, sis. Just be sure wala siyang ibang events on your date, minsan kasi lagare din ang mga emcees.
