This is my suggestion for your itinerary. Do note that Bugis is a shopping district just like divisoria.
Day 1: drop bag in the hotel, Bugis Junction and whole Bugis area normally opens earliest by 11am or sometimes later pa nga eh so best time to go here is after lunch. So probably you go to Chinatown (best to go here via bus coz lapit lang ito). Almost always Chinatown will open earlier from food and shops para madaling bumalik sa hotel ninyo. Then afternoon you can do Bugis or Orchard shopping.
Next day you can go to Raffles Place (MRT), this is one of the business district of SG, busiest during weekdays. GO to 1 Altitude (highest alfresco bar in the world). May bayad just to go up parang skypark ng MBS then you will be in the highest peak here in SG or you can visit them at night time. 360 degrees of open area, bar and light foods with live music (na feature na to sa Kris TV).
Then walk towards Fullerton Hotel then beside this hotel cross the underground bridge and you will be in the Merlion Park (or you can also cross the street). Then you can go to esplanade then have lunch at makansutra (super hot during lunch time) then walk to Helix Bridge then MBS go shopping. You can also do this the other way around by stopping at Bayfront MRT (yellow line) and you will be in MBS then you just do my suggest itinerary the other way around =)
You can also go to Gardens By The Bay and SG Flyer but I think these 2 places you can do it the next day na together with Orchard.
Please note that IMM Mall is in Jurong East (see the mrt map its green & red line) malayo ito na nasa dulo ng mrt. You can probably go to Orchard (red line) then go to IMM.
The other outlet malls is in Anchor Point katapat na ito yung IKEA (near Redhill or Tiong Bahru MRT green line).
Other outlet mall is in Changi City Point Mall (beside Expo MRT green line near airport).
Yung Clark Quay (no signboard) you can do this perhaps after Chinatown tour. Expensive sa no signboard ha =) You can also try the famous Song Fa bak kuh teh (pork ribs soup) its in front of Chili’s Restaurant in Clark Quay MRT. Unlimited soup dyan =) Be ready to eat a lot of rice =)
By the way hindi ba kyo magsesentosa or USS? =)

Hi Tweetyai, sa Singapore customs wala ka naman magiging problema, parang mas dapat mo isipin pano mo ipapasok yan sa pinas. Lalo na pag sa gutom na officer ka natapat. If ever na mahold kayo sa pinas at pagbayarin ng tax, dapat may idea ka magkano ang icha-charge sayo which is dependent sa amount ng tonometer na yan. Sabihin mo na lang na yung isa pa ay personal use mo din para 1 na lang ang icharge sa inyo kung sakali. Good luck sis. Sana makalusot ka, balitaan mo kami

My hubby is going back to Pinas tonight at may dala naman syang sports equipment, iniisip ko baka maharang sya kasi malaki ang box (considered as odd size), though OFW naman sya kaya baka mas lenient, pero di mo na rin kasi masabi ngayon sa mga power tripping officials dyan.

last May 2014, travel ko from HCM to terminal 3 as in diretso lang kami ng officemate ko hindi naman kami sinita, iniaabot ko pa nga yung paper na fill-up namin kasi may binibigay pa rin naman sa eroplano hindi na kinuha kabado pa nga ako kasi hindi kami nag declare, namili kami mga items naming tnf bags/kipplings sa vietnam 30kls yung baggage namin at malaki pa yung luggage yun pala mula april hindi na pala ganun kahigpit as in hindi na nagcheck sila pa labas.

sis cheriesanges pareho kami ng sis mo way back jan 2010 nag uwi kami ni hubby ng 45' samsung LED tv fr SG rin to terminal 3 arrival, so malaki ang box kaya si customs officer nanlaki rin mata nagtalo sila ni hubby kasi kinikikilan kami ng garapalan sa maraming tao pa, may pila pa nun gang in the end wala kami binayaran hindi pumayag si hubby basta mahaba istorya kung bakit hindi kami nag bayad heheh

I was also a victim ng customs kaya ayoko na maulit or even sa family members ko, magwawala talaga ako! hahaha! Pwede ba yun sa ibang airport may customs clearance pero the rest wala? Kakaiba talaga!

Anyways, super dami sale ngayon dito, ayoko na nga mamasyal sa malls pag weekend kasi napapagastos talaga kami. Sulit na sulit ko yung sale ng giordano mga 3weeks ago yata! Hahaha! Tapos last Sunday may anniversary promo ang H&M, for a minumum purchase of 60sgd, they will give you 10sgd off! Waaaah! Naloloka na talaga ako!

Sa takashimaya naman, on going ang toy fair nila, karamihan transformers, ang sarap mamili! hayyy!

I miss SG! Love how clean and discplined this city, lalo the transportation system.. I stayed here for 3 days tapos nagttrain lang ako alone, so fun! Ang napuntahan ko lang na hawker ay yung sa Newton.. Gusto ko matry yung ice cream sandwich, wala ako nakita noon

kaasar naman yang experience =0 lumabas pa tuloy syang sinungaling coz initially she said she got only 500 and at the end she paid P1,000 =)

I think this customs "harang" is only applicable for newly bought items from that country right? =)

a few months ago umuwe din kame. buong family ko ofw so nag-uwe kame ng used flat screen tv mga 40 inches din yata....di naman kame tinanong. we pack it in the original box pa nga eh.
actually when I go back pinas ang daming tao nag-uuwe ng tv...I don't know if they pay taxes or not. but I know by law if its new and you bought it from that country then yes you need to pay tax pero if its used no need na.

yung takashimaya toy sale super sulit. dami me binili coz uuwe ako next month sa pinas. meron din yatang lego dun.

para sa akin worth it na food court na affordable prices is the Maxwell foodcourt.

makansutra is considered exoensive and sosy na outdoor food court place coz lapit na to sa Marina Bay =)

Hi mga sis, we'll be going to SG next month and it's our first time , we'll be towing 2 kids, here's our concern.

1. since there'll be 2 kids, saan pwede pumunta?
2. a day tour is okay in USS or bitin?
3. street foods
4. I wanna go to Marina Bay, even for fine dine (pwede po ba?)

pwede na sis, but hinde siya pinaka OK na hawker center IMO in terms of food quality and choices.
ganda lang kasi location kaya sikat Makansutra lalo na sa mga Pinoy.

other famous hawker centers are in Newton, Old Airport Road, Lau Pa Sat, Maxwell Fod Centre sa Chinatown, Tiong Bahru market/foodcentre, pati dun pala Smith St sa Chinatown

Wala nga customs clearance

Kaloka, more than one hour delayed flight ng husband ko, instead na 9.45pm ang dating nya, mga 11pm na yata sila nakalabas. Given na maraming tao sa immigration, partida wala ng customs clearance yan ha! 

Takashimaya is along Orchard Rd, kahilera sya ng Ion, Wisma, katapat naman sya ng Paragon. Di ko napansin kung may Lego sis.
