Living in a condo as a family.. share your experiences

Dapat bibili kami ng condo maganda lahat ng amenities, service and location but then again napag isip namin we are growing family at hindi practical na limited ng space for us. Kaya ang ending withdraw namin ang agreement and now we looking for a new house. Maybe someday kapag kami na lang ni hubby kapag retire na kami mas gusto namin maliit na lang na space and hindi na masyadong high maintenance.

^ganyan din naisip ko kaso sa panahon ngayon me mabibili ka pa bang lupa na mura na pwede tayuan ng bahay within metro manila? if meron man most likely malayo and sa traffic ngayon everyday mangyayari 4-5hours kang nasa kalsada imbes na nasa bahay na at nagpapahinga kasama ang pamilya mo

^hindi kami sa pinas nakatira pero nasa city rin kami pero someday kukuha kami ng condo kapag retired na kami.

sino nakuha ng units as San Lorenzo condo near MRT Magallanes Station? any feedback?

My hubby and I moved into a 65sqm 1 bedroom condo after we got married. I have to say, considering how tiny typical condo cuts are these days, this was a very good move for us. The condo isn't too big that we can't clean it ourselves (tamad kasi ako magmop haha) and not yet too small for our things. Initially we were considering moving to a 183sqm 3BR condo agad but now im very glad we didnt, kasi now I realized di ko talaga kaya linisin yun. Eto pa nga lang im tired na.

I am expecting though so in 6 months, we'll be a family of 3, plus most likely a yaya. To adjust, we are planning to expand our home to add the adjacent 49sqm studio unit para may gagalawan din yung maid (we dont have space for her sa current) or grandparents who come to visit the baby.
I am foreseeing that in the future if we have more kids or they're grown up na we're going to construct a real house in a village, by that time even they will appreciate it more too.

 Sidenote, may nakita akong SMDC development model unit parang di ako makagalaw! It's ridiculous why they build these kinds of properties now.

Question naman sisses, sa mga nakatira sa 30sqm or less na condo unit anong recommended niyo na range hood? Pati na din sana induction cooker?
