Boxing or any kind of sport or exercise doesn't really have age requirement or age limit; not unless you plan to compete professionally, even so, it is your determination that matters. No matter if you're overweight or haven't taken any sport in your life, one should start somewhere. All it takes is that step to the gym and the will power to overcome trials, injuries, obstacles. Even if you're injured, there's always a workaround. Kaya when you have the urge, go for it! I was overweight and old and plagued with health issues before I started learning boxing, with commitment, I switched to Muay Thai, lost weight, and gained self confidence. I am no longer a novice and my fight skill will make bad people think twice on hurting me. My only regret is I wished i could've taken this sport sooner. Eh di sana mas masaya and mas naenjoy ko yung benefits ng mas matagal.
