is it okay to bring my 4 month-old baby to the beach? or swimming pool or to ACE water spa?

^ You can bring your baby to the beach but not for swimming.  Just take him for a walk or relax along the shore.  Do not expose him to the sun for a long time as the skin of a baby is very sensitive. I do not recommend bringing your baby to a public swimming facility such as ACE Water Spa.  Masyado pa siyang bata at baka ma-expose sa germs/virus/bacteria.  Even if the place looks clean, sa dami ng mga taong labas-masok sa paligid, you cannot guarantee that it is 100% microbe-free.
