Filipiniana Themed Kiddie Party

My kids are celebrating their birthday a couple of months from now. My son will turn 12 by Aug 3 and my daughter will celebrate her 1st birthday on July 20th.  Hubby and I decided to celebrate ala Filipiniana style on their combined bday party on the 20th of July.  I wonder if any other moms already celebrated their kids birthday this way.  We already have idea for the foods and the games.  I'm trying to figure out something for the loot bags? Maaapreciate kaya ng mga kids kung maglalagay ako ng turumpo, tirador or jackstones sa lootbags? Okay lang kayang native fruits like rambutan and santol ang ilagay ko? Our idea is to educate kids about our culture and entertain the adults by giving them a throwback feel? What do you think?  Can you please share some tips? Photos will be highly appreciated.
