Can you share what's or what will be the flow of your program? Some tips do's and dont's

I observe kasi na minsan naiinip or nagugutom na yung mga bisita, pero we have to admit once na nakakain na sila gusto ng umuwi and picture taking is must, how were you able to ask the visitors to take a picture with the celebrant? And let them stay and enjoy the party until the end of the program.

May nag sponsor sa bday ng baby ko na mga junks foods... so ang ginawa namin nag se-serve kami ng chitchitrya for every table.. kapag may dumating may isang plate kami with asstd JF para may kinukutkot sila habang naghihintay at kahit nag start na ang program... thats for the adults..para di sila mainip at magutom...

kung gusto mo naman ng pictures... if you have a host. Pwedeng before kumain, tatawagin table for table tapos pa pa picture muna sa harap with the celebrant, after the picture taking, deretso sa buffet table for the food....

oo mas maganda ang avp while eating na... at least nakaupo na sila at walang tayo nang tayo... hehe
