Length of Preparation

5 months. Kinda weird nga kasi nauna iyong preparation kesa sa proposal pero napaguusapan na namin nung 2013 pa kaya lang namove ng 2015 kasi nagpakasal iyong youngest sister nya this year nung feb.we started planning nung August pero he proposed nung September.

I was an October bride. We started prepping since March. So that's a total of 7 months.

January 2016 Bride here.. As of today, booked na Church, Photographer and Videographer.. Reception naman pencil-booked na as this weekend kami may finalize ng reservation

11 months kami:) Oct nagpropose si H2B tas start na agad ng preps. Weeeh ang tagal pa (Sept 2015) pero sobrang excited na namin hehe. As of now, nakabook na kame church, reception, p&v, hmu,mobile bar,invitation,wedding rings,lights and sounds. caterer ang target namen ngaun which is dapat isa sa pinakauna next to church and reception:P

January 2016 bride here. 1 year prep kame. Fiance proposed last December, then January start na ng planning. Yipeee

1 year and 6 months. Dapat May 2014 but our venue was fully booked already so we moved it ng November 2014.

2 years. Got engaged last Nov 2014, wedding date would be on Nov 2016. First I thought its too early to start with the preps, as everyone is saying "Tagal pa pala!". But when I joined GT and w@w, just in time lang pala and talagang unahan sa pagbook kapag medyo sikat ang supplier. Hehe!

From February 2015 to December 2016. Ilang days ba lahat yan? More or less 2years ang prep pero pahirapan na rin sa pagkuha ng suppliers.

Hello   We got engaged last December 2014, and our church wedding will be on June 2016 ( we'll be getting civilly married next month).  I started having occulars on the last week of December, so more or less about a year and a half.  And during that time, January pa lang, yung mga ibang suppliers ko were already booked on our date.  So had to get other suppliers na din.  I have to say, na I'm an overseas bride,  and I think na this is just an average time, since I'm the one who scouted for all of our suppliers.    GT helped big time.

Got engaged June 2014 pero walang preps na naganap. More on savings lang kami then research scanning on the side. Serious preps began December 2014. Wedding is on Dec. 2015.

7 months for us. And never namin napagusapan ang wedding during our 6-year relationship. So nung nagpropose siya, no idea talaga ako. Since zero idea rin ako sa wedding, research is a must. malaking tulong ang internet and forum like Gtalk. happy preps sa atin b2b's!

Bf proposed early May, and we're getting married Sept on our 11 years anniv
I personally do no like long prep and engagement, ayaw kong mahigit isang taon akong nagiisip ng kasal. Gusto ko tapos na..Haha.. for me 4 months is enough lalo na we're planning a simple wedding lang, same venue ceremony and reception.

Actually aisde from rainy/typhoon season, okay ang september dahil wala akong kaagaw sa suppliers. 90% ng suppliers na naginquire ako is available even less than 4 months to the date.

6 months preparation only

After namin ma-book yung church (Nuestra Senora de Gracia), dun lang kami nag-start to look for & book major suppliers like for the venue (Kasalikasan), then caterer (Blue Petals), mananahi (from laguna) at p/v (Imagineer digital- dont know if they're still active though). Invitations & souvenirs diy (from divi). We bought the rings (Ongpin) & booked the hotel for preps (around Makati Ave.), bridal car (benz) & hmua (sikat na bading hmua in our town) weeks before the wedding.

Ang bilis lang but that's 10 years ago ha.
But i think feasible pa rin kahit ngayon ang mabilis na preparation.

1yr actually mas gusto ko pa nga ng civil e..pang DP na ng condo or 1 car na un cost of wedding and i hope un na un wag na madagdagan
