8,500 yun pure pina, pero tela pa lang. pero pwede pang tawaran. we went with pina cocoon with labor na 6k. pero gagayahin yun design nung sa pure pina.

My fiance then, husband now chose barong instead of suit. We sourced all barongs from lumban, laguna. His family just bought tela as they already have a trusted tailor here in manila. Mine naman had it all made in lumban. It was a far trip but definitely worth it. Pina fabric starts at 4k, but depending on the intricacy of the details, it could go up to 10k. Pina cocoon, starts at 2500, with tahi na. Jusi is the most affordable one, 1500 with tahi na. My family bought theirs from casedo, a trusted barong maker of my former boss, while his side naman, bought fabric from bahay burdahan.

Hi mga sis. Just an update: we bought groom and fathers' barong at kultura moa branch. Lots of choices, nice designs and good quality. We thought of having custom made from taal also kaso gagahulin na sa time eh. We're happy naman with what we bought from kultura

We had the barongs of my husband and my dad made by Arthur's Tailoring. Ready in one week, no adjustments needed. Pulido yung gawa nila.

Sisses, may I ask if you happen to know reliable barong Tagalog makers sa Cavite area? NaSense ko kasi si FFIL na ayaw ng suit & tie though naStress ko namang fully airconditioned yung church at reception venue. Our wedding is on December 2016 na. Thank you!

Mga sis question, ano ba dapat ang colour pants ng barong? My husband will be wearing cream-ish coloured coat barong. He said na he wanted black pants with it. Pero nung nagpunta mum ko sa tailor, ang recommendation eh cream coloured pants din daw. Para daw hindi sya mukhang abay. Although sya lang naman ang naka coat barong. The rest will be normal barongs lang. Sabi ng hubby ko baka magmukha daw syang Dolphy (sumalangit nawa yung kanyang kaluluwa).  Natawa naman ako, pero would still want to know what is the norm?

^hehe I was laughing when I read the Dolphy comment of your h2b! My fiance is also doing barong but we are sticking to  basic black pants. I don't think your fiance sounds like he wants to wear cream colored pants hehe so better to be safe and wear classic black. =)

Perhaps you can make your fiance wear Pina barong and make all the groomsmen and nonong wear Jusi? I dont know but that might help in making him stand out more =)

Hi Ayie, somebody referred King Albert to us. But unfortunately patay na si Mang Albert. If you want to check it out King Mar na sya. Yan yung anak nya. Hindi ko pa sya natatry though, 0930-4065337.  Sa may Kamuning sila nakatira. Sa May ko pa lang sila mameemeet if ever. Ang singil nila sa amin eh 4500 or 5K para magpatahi.  May nakita akong ginawa sila na output na coat barong maganda naman. Although ita try muna nina mama ko ang Tophers sa may Katipunan para.sa.brother.ko and father ko. Both are maliliit lang na gumagawa ng mga barongs. Armani pants sa King Mar is about 3500, sa Tophers eh 2k. 

An aunt of mine recommended Philips. I think they are a tad more.expensivw though. Good luck
